Dublin Airport Executive Lounge serves Terminal 2. Airside - arriving at the Departures Level from the Arrivals Level, proceed through Security Checks and through the retail zone. Take the escalator or lift down to the lounge which is located after turning right on the Airline Lounge Level. Follow signs.

The shower suite needs walls on the shower as the entire room floor gets wet and there is very little area to lay out your clothes without getting them wet

I could not find the lounge before I exited customs and was unable to use it and was denied a refund by the 24 hour cancel policy. Not acceptable.

When I arrived there were no sandwiches left and the staff were obviously clearing away the food. By 6.30pm - just when I got really hungry - the soup was taken away. My only food option was a piece of soda bread ( no butter out) and a banana. If you commit to including food and drink in the fee, there should be food and drink the whole time the lounge is open. I would have been better/ cheaper spending the time in one of teh airport restaurant. Won't make this mistake next time.
