I Mosaici serves Terminal 3. Airside - Schengen Area, 2nd Floor, close to Gate D7. The lounge is also accessible to passengers departing from Terminals 1 & 2 Schengen (Gates B,C & D) and from Terminal 3 Extra-Schengen (Gate E). For Gate E, please allow time to reach the departure gates.

My experience was such, that the receptionist looked my lounge pass and without explaining why did not let me in.

Very bad experience, since a) was not marked clearly ( not known by information desks) B) Could not use it since it was outside of transit zone, C) waste of money since I could not get any reimbursement.

No food when we arrived Poor staff Only spirit on offer was a 1/4 bottle of Vodca more than half the fridges were empty selection of food when it did arrive was pathetic, a few poor sandwiches. Departure announcements were very loud and constant.
