Comfortable seating, good food and drink choices. Clean showers with shampoo, soap and towels provided. Excellent customer service. Overall, a great value and excellent escape before you have to face the crowds again.

The stay was wonderful after i meet my home girl there it was really fun.The Filipino lady's at customer service where also fun to hang around with.Really liked the food and the drinks too. In short i would spend my money there again and again.That's the best place to be,Good job guys

I would use this lounge again. The filipina staff are excellent like everywhere else. The food and beverages are as expected in a lounge like this location. It's ok. The bathrooms and showers are a bit dingy and dirty but that's expected as well. Overall a good experience.

Overall my 3hr stay was unbelievable! The Dubai International Business Class Lounge gives any person the opportunity to wind down and relax before a long flight. The many options to dine, consume beverages, and enjoy free WiFi beats any other restaurant in the airport based on the price. The showers are nice and clean, and the servants make the stay worth every penny! This is my only go to place when I'm in Dubai!

Great food and a quiet atmosphere to relax in before a long flight home. An added bonus were the showers added amenities. I will definitely be using the services again next time through!

My visit was for 5 hours. Very comfortable, food and drinks were great, shower was clean lounge supplied everything needed to shower. Really liked the fact lounge called my name to remind me of flight time. I recommend maybe adding more massage chairs.

Everything about the lounge was so pleasant and the facilities so clean.The food was top notch.Shower shoes/sandals are not provided and one needs to carry their own.

Over all the lounge is good. I enjoy the shower facilities and the lounge facility. As previously mentioned that the food could be varied. Thank you.

I enjoyed the food and relaxation the Lounge offered. The shower was a great amenity as my travel times to Dubai takes 18 hours with a 5 to 7 hour layover then I have another 3.5 hour flight to reach my destination.

Having used this lounge many times over the years I think my last visit may have been the last. The ladies toilets were in a terrible state with a toilet seat missing and generally felt unclean. The food was very poor this time with the hot food looking inedible. The same boring food all the time and even the snacks were just a boring repeat of all previous visits. I think they have attempted to fit more chairs in which means everyone sits very close together which did not used to be the case so no privacy. I think the use of the word "business Class" leads you to believe it is something far better than it actually is. Save your money and just wait around in the airport as since it has been refurbished there is now lots of seating areas and godd facilities.
