Dubai International Business Class Lounge

I truly enjoyed the option provided to me to extend the stay a few hours when flight plans changed, a great convenience.

Having a 5 hour layover i found the lounge to be well worth the money spent. Quiet, relaxing and the food and drinks were good too. Thanks.

The lounge pass was recommended by a coworker so I gave it a try. I am so glad that I did. The shower was great, the food and beverages were excellent and definitely a money saver. If you enjoy having a few drinks it definitely is worth every penny. I have recommended this to everyone that I work with that travels and I know they will thank me.

You have a very attentive staff and the overall experience was very pleasant.

It provided a place to relax although there was a family with four young children who were very loud and the bathrooms were less than spotless.

This time my experience was over shadowed by not having Hot Water for my shower.

When I arrived at the lounge, I only had the confirmation email on my BlackBerry to prove to the receptionist that I had paid. She said I had to give her a paper receipt, but I explained that there was no printer available when I made the reservation. Was the lounge not aware of my intended arrival? The facility electrical plugs for laptops need to be upgraded. While plugging in my laptop, the electrical box located in the floor arced out due to a short circuit. I was not injured or my laptop damaged, however my international plug adapter was damaged. I didn't report it at the time, because I did not notice until I got home. The electrical box was very loose, causing the short circuit. There were alternate boxes in the same area that were either broken or without power. As I was in the lounge for a considerable length of time, it was essential to recharge my laptop. Once reported, a maintenance man came very quickly to repair the damaged box. I do not recall the other ones being fixed while I was there. The lounge is excellent, the food tasty and the showers hot! Thank you!

Great lounge. The food is good and the alcohol is included in the price. The showers are pretty spartan, but being able to take one at all on a round-the-world trip makes a big difference. I've used the Dubai lounge several times, and will continue to stop there in the future.

The lounge is large enough to give you a sense of privacy and is much nicer than having to wait in the main terminal. The drinks are so-so and the food is perfect for pre-flight dining as I like to eat light before a long 16 hour flight back to the states. The shower was nice as well. They provide towels upon request but you may want to bring shower shoes. Buy a cheap pair and toss them when you're done. Soap and shampoo is also provided.
