Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

Great lounge and very comfortable. Taking a shower prior to a 14 hour flight was priceless!!!

Great value, wish I did not but some food just before going in. Reviews did not really let you know that there is plenty of food and alcohol.

Staff are always very helpful and courteous. Sometimes of visiting I would prefer to have a sandwich however, unless you catch them coming out, they always appear dry and unappetising - could we place a transparrent cover over the top to keep them fresh/moist for longer ? Could do with some more electrical plug in charger points for laptops/phones and devices - the vertical extension leads seem to work well. Overall, I would strongly recommend this lounge to my friends and colleagues (and have done). Thank you.

Lounge is well located , spacious at the time when I visited it (midnight); Furniture and especially bathroom are of old fashiones/poor standard. Food is really average but for some hrs is OK and nobody expects chef menus there; Choice of drinks is very good-especially huge choice of alcoholic beverages. I would re-book again when I am in dubai airport because it is better than any other coffe/restaurant places and is worth the money.

Unfortunately I had not done my homework on which zone I would be leaving from, and so it took a good half an hour of walking from where we landed to the lounge. After which I had to set off one and a half hours before the flight to reach the gate and area I was supposed to be in. I will be more diligent the next time. Walking instead of resting was not the original plan. Lounge and staff were faultless, very helpful.

good for a quick nap or shower and a quick bite. The furniture seems a bit run down . Shower was neat nothing stellar. there is a quiet room at the end beside the smoking lounge inside .

Very good experience. The food was outstanding. I would do it again. Suggest letting people know where to find towels for showering.

Great food and drinks. A little crowded but the showers were good as was the customer service.

I always enjoy my lay-over at the Dubai Airport, the highlight being, my time relaxing in the Business Lounge. The food is always fresh and finest quality. However, the canned beverages need to be iced and monitored, so the ice does not melt away into cool water. I really want that first beer in months to be ice cold! I recommend the Lounge to all of my friends and have the best time when I am fortunate enough to travel and share the Business Lounge experience with them. I have to readdress how much I appreciate the quality and choices offered at the buffet and look forward to my next trip and stay at the Business Lounge. This is not the first time I've used this lounge and it will not be the last. The staff is very helpful and always willing to go out of their way to ensure your comfort. I honestly don't feel that any changes need to be made....just keep doing what you are doing.
