Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

This facility exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh and tasty. The drink selection was expansive (they even had the ingredients for my favorite cocktail: a Rusty Nail!). Internet service (wifi) was adequate for my browsing needs. The shower area was clean and well maintained (and so refreshing!). Towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided, but bring your own pouf/loofa for the shower gel dispenser. The staff are all courteous and helpful. Overall it was a much-needed oasis in the middle of a long trip.

Very comfortable armchairs, although a few recliners would have been welcome. Good food and pleasant staff.

I will always use the Dubai International Business Class Lounge. The people are friendly, the place is always clean, there is so much food in which to choose, and the chairs are comfortable. I love the television room. Not only can you watch television but you can get a massage in the massage chair while doing so. I will always use this lounge when traveling through Dubai and have a long layover.

When you're tired from flying and not to mention the headaches from mishaps that happen along the way. I know that when I come back, It will be a stress free experience. I've had the pleasure staying in the lounge on several occasions and will continue in the future. Thanks from Afghanistan

Greeted with a smile and friendly service, being in a lounge to sit back relax and enjoy unless amounts of food and service was amazing. Free internet helps kill time. And should you fall asleep for just a bit, it's ok, no one bothers you. The free drinks were great and food was excellent.

I had a nice stay. Staff was pleasant, food was good, and good selection of alcohol. Most importantly they had shower facilities. Only downside is you have to purchase a day in advance, but work with the staff if you show up unprepared like I did.

I use this lounge every time I fly through Dubai. The staff are always friendly, the lounge is clean and there is plenty of food and drink for everyone.

This was my first time staying in a lounge of any kind in an airport. If the other lounges anywhere in the world are half as good as the Dubai airport lounge I will be spending lots of time there on my travels.

Considering the accommodations at your lounge and the money spent, there is no comparison for turning a long wait into a relaxing break from the hassles of international travel.

The front desk staff was not necessarily rude, she was just unfriendly. The beer and soda are always semi-cold. The staff never seems to refill the ice in the beer and soda bins. The food menu, is pretty much the same for the last year. Very rarely have I seen any new menu items on the buffet. I am considering trying a different lounge. Hopefully things will improve soon.

This was the fourth time I've reserved the Lounge, and as always the experience was wonderful. The one thing that I would like to critique was the temperature of the Beer. The beer was barely cool. In the past, the beer was pretty cold so to me it was good. I know that not all your guests prefer "cold" beer, but I'm quite certain all of the American guests prefer their beer a lot colder than It was on 29 Oct. I asked one of the food service people if he could put some ice on the beer, and he didn't seem to care to respond to my request. I had just spent 5 months in Afghanistan, working for a Defense Contractor, and was really, really looking forward to "COLD" beer. Not to worry...I'm enjoying a very cold beer right now. On the Up-Side, the food, that was available, was absolutely superb. The lounge chairs were so comfortable that I fell asleep and enjoyed a couple hours of much needed rest. Wayne

With a long layover, this is a must. Food, drink, and amenities, all at a very reasonable price.

I had an eight-hour layover, and being able to grab a shower, relax, have a nice meal and a few drinks was well worth the price. The food was good and there was a decent assortment of beer, wine, and booze. I would definitely book the lounge again under similar circumstances.

With as many western type clients that pass the thru the lounge, the alcohol beverages are spot on, however, the food seems to be more middle eastern...can we work on that?

There you can relax meet different people from all over the world. Keep in touch with friends and family back home in any part of the world

Great food, staff, wifi and showers. It was nice to freshen up before heading out on a long flight.

Especially if your are traveling on a long distance, and you have a big gap in between your flights, you may want to visit the Dubai International Business Class Lounge and spend few hours relaxing with good food and drinks.....great customer service.
