Heathrow Airport car parking for Blue Badge holders
For security reasons, the blue badge parking scheme does not operate on the Heathrow Airport road system. Unattended vehicles will be towed away and a fine must be paid to retrieve them.
Short term parking
- Clearly designated Blue Badge parking is available in all of Heathrow's short stay car parks.
- Take your badge with you and advise the car park operator by pushing the Help button at the car park's entrance or by using a Help Point telephone.
Long term parking (over 24 hours)
For stays of more than 24 hours we recommend you pre-book Business parking or Long term car parking at Heathrow
- Blue Badge parking spaces are located close to the bus stops or admin offices.
- If you book a space at one of these car parks, simply call the phone number provided in your confirmation email before arrival to arrange suitable transfers to the terminal.

BAA Heathrow Information Desks
- Terminal 1: Arrivals area, near car hire desks (06:00 - 23:00).
- Terminal 2: Main Concourse on 1st floor, near payphones (06:00 - 23:00).
- Terminal 3: Ground Floor, Check-In area in Zone D (07:00 - 21:30) and ground floor Arrivals area, near taxi desk (05:30 - 22:30).
- Terminal 4: Arrivals area, near meeting point (05:30 - 22:30).
- Terminal 5: Help terminals are available on the Arrivals concourse, towards the north end of the building.

- Located before and after security; most accept UK bank and building society cards (Link-affiliated) with no surcharges.

Meet and greet parking at Heathrow Airport requires that you specify which terminal you would like to be met at on arrival and departure. Here is a summary of the main flights in and out of the terminals at Heathrow:
- Terminal 1 serves all domestic flights in addition to European and long-haul destinations. The 14 airlines that operate from Terminal 1 include BMI British Midland, British Airways, Aer Lingus, Finnair and South African Airways.
- Terminal 2 mainly operates European flights but also serves some long-haul flights. Airlines that fly from this terminal include Air Algerie, Air Astana, Olympic Airways, Iberia, Libyan Arab Airlines, Lufthansa, Syrianair, Icelandair, TAP Air Portugal, Virgin Atlantic Airways and Air France.
- Terminal 3 is Heathrow Airport's primary terminal for long-haul flights to Asia, Africa and the USA. Airlines operating from Terminal 3 include Gulf Air, Air New Zealand, Thai Airways International, Air China, American Airlines, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Qatar Airways, Air Canada, Turkish Airlines, Pakistan International Airlines, Saudi Arabian Airlines, British Airways and Air India.
- Terminal 4 serves European destinations and most of British Airways long-haul flights. Airlines flying from Terminal 4 include British Airways, British Mediterranean Airways, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, SN Brussels Airlines, Sri Lankan Airlines, Air Malta, Quantas and Kenya Airways.
- Terminal 5 is the new home of most of British Airways' flights, and they are the only airline operating from the new terminal, which is located at the western edge of Heathrow.
