Camera at entrance featured wrong car reg. but this was promptly rectified by customer services. Quick and easy transfer, much better than waiting for a bus.

the disused shelters should have a sign to direct to the pod station. I had to work out that there was a different system in place. I don't recall that the web made this clear. I had plenty of time so it didn't spoil the experience.

Business parking at T5 LHR was a great experience. Easy to find a space and the pod transfer to the terminal was like being in Blade Runner! Fantastic. Also the price was half of other sites.

Due to business requirements I had to fly one day early so would pay the at the gate price for that day as I had pre-booked day two. Upon arrival was met by parking attendent who's understanding of english was limited was handing out tickets to park in the short term car park at the same price as the business car park was full. Upon return to the UK had to go to the car parking attendents kiosk to pay and at this point tried to charge me for two days parking and for 10 minutes seemed not to be able to understand that I had already paid for the second day. Not until I requested to speak firstly with a supervisor and then a duty manager did anything get sorted.

I pre-booked the parking several days before, and arrived at the car park at 5.45 am. It was very cold and a prompt shuttle bus would have been welcomed but we waited for around 15 minutes (I am not sure as to wether this is within your advertised timings). ON my extit from the car park I inserted my pre-paid ticket at the barrier, only to be advised by the machine that I now needed to pay £47.00. The issue was resolved reasonably promptly by one of the staff members who asked for my name and registration. He was apologetic which was fine.

The park is lit well enough, and I'm happy enough to park there. I think because it's surrounded by fast roads it's reasonably safe from vandals etc, but the terminal runs by numberplate recognition and so you never really get to see any real people other than the bus driver.

Good parking close to terminal, not much difference from long stay. Only issue did have to wait a while for coach both ways but probably no more than any other car park.
