The park is lit well enough, and I'm happy enough to park there. I think because it's surrounded by fast roads it's reasonably safe from vandals etc, but the terminal runs by numberplate recognition and so you never really get to see any real people other than the bus driver.

Good parking close to terminal, not much difference from long stay. Only issue did have to wait a while for coach both ways but probably no more than any other car park.

If you are taking a short business trip or w/e break then business parking is the one to choose. Quick and convenient access to the terminal also means that you don't have additional worry - especially if you happen to be running a little late! This is an extremely good service

The service is easy to use, with the car rego being scanned automatically and the barrier opening - no need to go into an office to show a voucher. T5 business parking is pretty close to T5, less than 5 mins bus ride and the busses are every 10 mins or so.

This was my great discovery. As an ordinary punter I never thought that business parking was for me. But the easiness of the whole transaction and the speed of transfer made my day in a very stressful day in which I had to get to Glasgow and back. The buses came so fast and the driver was so helpful. I am delighted and know that I will use it again whenever I am ever so slightly in a hurry (probably always). It was SO worth the extra money.

The car park is clean, tidy and secure with numerous pick up points. The transfer is extremely rapid. I did have to wait about 10 minutes for a bus back to the car park but this is hardly excessive in anybodys book and I've waited far far longer with other parking services used previously. Would/will use again.

I travel extensively with Business from Terminal 5 - this was the first time I did it personally and was just as easy as when I travel through work

The carpark was very close to T5, the transfer was very quick and we didn't have to wait long for the shuttle.Plenty of parking places to choose from. The only down side was the queue at 06.15 on a Thursday morning for the Long stay carpark which overlaped the entrance and delayed the entry to the Business Carpark.Also the printed instructions for exiting the carpark were a bit misleading.Instead of having to show your proof of resevation for exit you only needed to use the entry ticket from the barrier in the exit barrier.

Bus did seem to wait a long time in the car park for more passengers. good for the passengers who had just arrived but not so good if you have to sit on the bus waiting.

The car park was quite easy to find (clear directions) and transfer from and to terminal efficient. Cost was OK without being a real bargain though.
