We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map.
- Terminal 1: From the M4 at Junction 4, take the Heathrow spur and head towards T1 Departures. Proceed up the ramp, keeping to the left. The left lane will bring you down to the lower level. Your chauffeur will be waiting here to collect your car.
- Terminal 2: Follow the signs for T2 Short Stay. Your chauffeur will be at the start of the set down lane (the furthest lane from the terminal building).
- Terminal 3: Follow the signs to Terminal 3 Departures. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the third or fourth lane from the terminal.
- Terminal 4: Follow the signs to Terminal 4 Departures. Drive up the ramp to Departures and keep to your right. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the second lane from the terminal.
- Terminal 5: Follow signs to Terminal 5 Departures. Drive up the ramp, bear right at sign for Short Stay and Passenger Pick up. Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow signs for Fast Track. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay). Once inside, follow arrows on road to ROW L where your chauffeur will be waiting for you. Please give your parking ticket to the chauffeur.

The booking was easy. Gosimply sent a reminder email a couple of days before we left. We called and the person was waiting for us to collect the car. Upon return we called and the car arrived as we got to the pick up point. Everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend the service to all people flying out of Heathrow. Absolutly Excellent!

Never again will we go through the hassle of finding a parking space & lugging cases onto a bus, when for very little more you can pull up outside departures, hand your key to someone and know that they'll be there with your car when you return from holiday. The only slight negative is the timing - you have to give them your arrival time when you make the on-line booking. As we were driving to Heathrow from Cornwall, we gave ourselves an extra couple of hours to allow for accidents, roadworks etc, and when I rang the Meet & Greet number as instructed 30 minutes before we arrived at the airport, the lady on the phone seemed quite miffed that we were almost an hour early. Even so, we only had to wait 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. With hindsight, maybe we should have phoned them earlier to say we were ahead of time? But overall, a brilliant, value-for-money service.

It's amazing how your perspective affects your experience. I was actually a little early for the drop off, and had a great holiday, so the two issues that would have really angered me at other times were not a problem on this trip!
The things that may have bothered me:
1) The greeter was on time, but had been given the wrong details. It took us at least 15 minutes to work this out and meet up.
2) I had called in advance and paid for a car wash. I mentioned this to the greeter - make sure it gets the wash. When the car was returned, it had not been washed. No-one said anything to me until I queried this and was told that there had been a problem. The money was returned without an issue, but I did have to call to to make this happen.
Still, for the money paid it was well worth it, and I'm sure that these issues would not be repeated. Or not exactly...

Very happy with meet and greet, person was waiting when we arrived to leave car and we only waited 25 minutes (morning rush hour time) when we got back and only 12 miles on car clock.
Would definately use again.

Despite being approx 40 mins early we were met within 10 mins of arrival. Staff friendly and courteous. Upon return car was awaiting us exactly where advised. Again courteous and helpful staff. Only hiccup was I had availed my self of valet clean service, which necessitated repeating c/card details as we exited arrivals, more niggly than annoying. We would use your company again.

Excellent service , very helpful staff as we were delayed on both legs of our journey due to an accident on the M25 and a late departure on the way home. The was driver easy to find and had waited for us. Price was very reasonable. Will use again.
