Very professional and helpful service on departure, staff helped by obtaining a luggage trolley and handover was very smooth. On arrival member of staff very pleasant and gave useful instructions on where to find the office and my car.
Easy to find, then just drop the car off with minimal fuss, and then walk in to the terminal. On return the car is there waiting for you, just pick up your keys from the office and off you go.
Dropping car off very close to terminal in designated parking bay was very convenient. Handover to staff was quite quick and without any problems. On return car was waiting, again very close to terminal, and a very quick handover meant we were on our way very quickly indeed. Service delivered everything I wanted it to. Will use again.
I Booked the valet service to go from LHR Terminal 5 on a 2 week long-haul business trip. Drop off was effortless I parked right next to the office by Drop-off, checked in the car quickly and walked straight across to terminal 5 in 1 minute. Pick-up again was easy, straight out of Terminal 5 to the Valet parking office in the car park and again my car was ready and waiting. The valet parking was not much more expensive than normal car parking and makes life much easier after a very long-haul flight and with a very large case.
Having used the Long stay car park service once before, and experiencing all the hassle of rushing for the bus, and then having to get children and cases etc onto a bus and then be driven a distance to then get your car, the Meet & Greet service is a million times better. You merely walk up the ramp to departures, and when you return it is simply a matter of picking up the car where you left it, and all being packed and ready to set off home in HALF the time it would take with the Long Stay service. Pity the 'Valet Service' doesn't actually valet your car, which would be nice, for the price you pay.
I trust few people with my car but these guys took great care of it, they even warmed the engine on my return in freezing weather! I arrived at t5 early but my car was waiting! The price was more reasonable than long stay parking and worth every penny! Made my journey extremely easy! No messing about waiting for buses or finding correct bus stop late at night!
