Arrival Procedure
Your driver will ring you 30 minutes prior to your agreed meeting time to confirm your meeting point near the terminal. If you are going to arrive earlier or later than agreed, please phone the car park at the number in your confirmation email to advise them.
Departure Procedure
Once you have collected your luggage, call the driver on the number provided and they will meet you outside the terminal building.

Cant praise this service enough. I was a day late getting back and was diverted to Gatwick. I kept them informed of the changes and their response was excellent. Picked up the car a day late it was washed and i got the extra day free, you cant beat that kind of service.

I even had a slow puncture on front tyre. They changed my tyre for me and then delivered the car. They also gave the car a wash.

I have used several other Heathrow Meet and Greet services and often been disappointed by their lateness. The Edward Lloyd drivers were always punctual, and helpful in loading and unloading luggage. The company's approach to service is excellent and it's a delight to have a clean car to return to.

This is the second time I have used Edward Lloyd valet parking. The first time was so pleasurable, I decided to use it a second time. The willing service, even when we had to adjust times, and the fact that the car was returned clean, is a delight. I will definitely think of using this service again regularly!

Dropping off the car could not have been simpler. Someone was there when we arrived and we did not have to wait at all. Our return flight was very delayed as we were stuck for 9 days due to the Iceland Volcano. When we eventually came back to the UK the service was seamless as if we had never been delayed. Would recommend to everyone to use. Such good value for money for a Meet and Greet service. Thank you

Convenient to be able to drive directly to the airport on departure. Getting your car back on return is a bit more time consuming. All drivers are polite. They seem to drive your car about 20 miles in total.

My only criticism is a clearer telephone call as to when and where pick up will occur. Better directions needed. Otherwise an excellent service.

I most appreciate that EL contacts me rather than my having to find a number on my mobile while driving. I also appreciate coming back to a clean car - but most of all, every driver I have met has been polite and friendly.

we find your service very good and the people very helpful, but we were offered a free car wash, but did not receive it, this is not a problem to me, but some people would get upset if you offer something and then do not deliver it. regards Shane Wadey

The only let down was the late arrival of the driver for the collection. We had planned for 06:30hrs and they did phone, as promised, around 6:10 to confirm. However the driver was a good 15 mins late which is a long time when you have 2 excited young children with you. That said the return was excellent with the car ready as we left the terminal with a free hand wash thrown in. All in all much better than previous meet and greets and one of the best value for money services.

The driver was waiting for us on arrival at LHR T5 and arrived within 5mins of me calling on return. The car was in excellent condition and freshly washed. A very good service overall and good value. Would definitely recommend them / use again. JR

Booking: It was easy to book online, called them to confirm booking and place to meet, even though the information was sent automatically via email after booking, but I am an extra cautious person who wants to make sure nothing goes wrong. Glad to hear a human voice pick up the phone and not an automated machine. Reassured stright away. Arriving: They called me an hour before I was due to check, I was running late and they said no problems, just call 15 mins before arrivial. I did and lo and behold they were there already when i arrived at airport. Handover was quick and easy. No hassle and on my way to holiday no problems! Departing: Returning to Heathrow, called one number, engaged, so called the other, answered and told them I was out of the baggage area. By the time I got to the pcik up point, the car was there! smooth handover, mileage ok, no scratches etc. Off home we went!

Do not usually bother with reviews but this was very good value for money and they even answered the phone quickly - book now -purple zone were £28.00 more with my mates car and was 3 mins later on pick up !!

Brilliant service, they even threw in a free carwash while I was away. Definitely intend to use Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet the next time I travel from Heathrow. Would highly recommend at the price.
