  • Terminal 1 Meeting Point: Follow signs for passenger drop-off, drive up the ramp staying in the left-lane, follow it round to departures lower deck where a driver will meet you.
  • Terminal 1 Returns Point: After call the phone number exit the arrivals building and make your way to the Short-Stay car park, which is opposite the Arrivals building. Once you enter the Car Park please go down one floor to the ground floor - this is where the car will be returned.
  • Terminal 2 Meeting Point: At the airport follow signs for Terminal 2 and stay in the right hand lanes, go up the ramp, keeping to the right following the signs for short stay 2, DO NOT follow the ramp to upper level. Approach any of the 3 left hand barriers, take a ticket and enter car-park turning LEFT and follow down ward spiral to Level 2. At Level 2, exit spiral, turning left and follow the one way arrows around the perimeter of the car park to the far end, closest to the terminal buildings to rows A and B where your chauffeur will be waiting.
  • Terminal 2 Returns Point: Once you collected your luggage, please call on the numbers provided, we will then ask you to go to the same place Level 2, rows A and B. To collect the car on Return.
  • Terminal 3 Meeting Point: Follow signs for terminal 3 departures, there is 2 drop-off lanes, please park in any one of them, your car will be collected from there.
  • Terminal 3 Returns Point:After collecting luggage and calling the car park phone number make your way to the Short-Stay Car Park Level 1. This is where your car will be returned.
  • Terminal 4 Meeting Point: Follow signs for terminal 4 departures, drive up the ramp staying in the left-lane; once you arrive there please park in the furthest lane away from the terminal, your car will be collected from there.
  • Terminal 4 Returns Point: Please call the numbers provided when you HAVE collected all your luggage, you will then be asked to make your way to the Short-Stay car park Level 1, which is opposite the Arrivals building. This is where the car will be returned to you.
  • Terminal 5 Meeting Point: Follow signs for short-stay-passenger pick-up, then go to the far left lane for LEVEL 4, follow the Level 4 sign into the car park, you will take a ticket at the barrier then drive round to ROW S. Please give the ticket to the driver, you don't pay any car park charges.
  • Terminal 5 Returns Point: Collect your luggage, then call the driver when you exit the terminal; the driver will be waiting for you with your car at the designated point.

No problems at all. Driver was there to meet us on our arrival at Heathrow and again on our return even though the flight was late by over a hour and on top of that Heathrow lost our luggage making a approx delay of 2:30 hrs

Despite calling in 30mins before arrival, I had to wait 30mins at the terminal for my car to be collected. Phoning just got the comment "He should be there by now," or "Isn't he there yet?" and after 25mins my calls were unanswered. Totally unacceptable. On return the service was punctual, but disturbingly, no attempt was made to check my identity before handing the car over to me.

Everything went to plan, the staff phoned on time, were at the airport to collect the car within minutes and on return we collected the car within 5 minutes of phoning. Great service and will definitely use again.

I booked for 2 weeks meet and greet parking at both ends only two days in advance. I chose the cheapest option, followed the easy instructions, had my car collected on time, returned on time without damage or issue, and would definitely use them again next time.

I was met on time at the airport, having rang 30 minutes before arriving as suggested. Upon arriving back I only had hand luggage so called as I was getting off the plane. By the time I got to the car park, my car was waiting for me. Will definitely be using this service again, so much better than hanging around for buses back to car parks etc.
