I have used Edward Lloyd on 4 occasions and apart from one time i had to wait 10 minutes after pick up time everything else in terms of overall customer service and satisfaction is of a good standard and based on this i have already booked again for a business trip this week and will be booking 3 more with Edward Lloyd during the month of January

1. Delivery on return took 30 mins longer than it should. Unacceptable waiting time 2. The back third of the car was FILTHY. Dont know what it had been stored under but it was marked with orange, rust coloured spodges and opther dirt that were a nightmare to remove

Just a short wait on drop off, about 10 mins, and car arrived at the same time as we did on return. Driver was polite and friendly. We would certainly recomend and use this company again. Excellent service and value.

I picked these guys because they were a little cheaper than the remaining meet and greet services. Unfortunately the car was not returned to me in the same condition I left it. The car had been used for more than just the drive off the airport to the parking and back. The average mpg on the computer had dropped by over 10% (takes some doing on a half empty tank!). Also the radio was on really loud, but muted when I collected it. When I was driving home I took it off mute to have my ears blown away. Would not use again

Not only was this the cheapest deal I could find on the web but the service was brilliant. I arrived half an hour early but phoned when I was 25-30 minutes away from Heathrow and they still managed to have someone there waiting to take my car. On the way back I phoned when I had just collected my bag in terminal 3 and was no more than 5-6 minutes from the meeting point. My car arrived as I was about 20 yards from the meeting point still walking towards it. I fail to see how anyone could match this and will be surprised if Edward Lloyd even manage to repeat it to the same level.

Slightly disappointing compared to others I have used. Did not appear to be very professional - driver did not have any ID or branded jacket. Even so, you get what you pay for and the service did "what it said on the tin".

The car was waiting on my arrival - but locked up and the driver had gone away to fetch another car and taken my key - so I had to wait 10 minutes. Still quicker than getting a bus to the car park though.
