When you are 10 minutes away from Heathrow, call MBW Valet Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email to confirm your arrival time. On your arrival you will be met at the designated area for your terminal by one of the MBW representatives.

Please note: MBW Valet Parking drivers can only wait for 15 minutes; therefore, if you are running early or late, please call MBW to let them know and they will endeavour to meet you on your arrival.

  • TERMINAL 1: Follow the signs for Terminal 1. Go up the departure ramp, keeping in the left lane, which drops down to the lower departure level. Pull up on the left-hand side, where your driver will meet you.
  • TERMINAL 3: Follow the signs to Terminal 3 Departures. As you approach the terminal keep to the right. Pull over to the right, where your driver will meet you (the terminal will be on your left).
  • TERMINAL 4: Follow the signs to Terminal 4 Departures. Go up the ramp, which will bring you to the car set down area, where your driver will meet you.
  • TERMINAL 5: Follow the signs to Terminal 5 Departures. Keep in the right-hand lane of the departure ramp. Follow the signs to the short term car park, then follow signs to the fast track entrance (left-hand side). Drive to the barrier, take a car park ticket, then follow the road to rows L and Q, where your driver will meet you.

Amazing! Very easy to arrange booking, communication received was excellent and very precise the guys where where they said would be at exactly the right time, very polite and professional no matter what time departure or arrival or what the weather conditions where simply perfect start to fling away and such a bonus of walking out of airport straight to my own car, no waiting would highly recommend!

First time I have used a meet and greet service so was a little apprehensive. However, easy place to find for parking, although we did telephone as instructed on the way to T5, we did have to wait 15 minutes in the car for them to arrive which could be improved but as soon as they arrived it took 2 mins to check the car, sign and then off we went. On arriving and collecting our luggage we rung from the arrivals hall, we only had to wait 2 mins for the car to arrive, very polite man dropped the car off, signed the document and off we went, very easy. We would definitely use them again.

The service provided by MBW was amazing, we arrived 1 hour early at the airport when departing the UK, we simply called the telephone number provided, there was no hassel, they simply said no problem, we will be there in 10 minutes as well as being spot on time when returning to the UK. I wish I had considered using this service before, simply the best.

On departure, car was collected within minutes of arriving at Terminal. On return, saw driver miss the turning for the car park and have to go round again! Even so, only waited about 5 minutes. Took advantage of good ptice to have car cleaned inside and out. Will certainly use again.

Friendly service. Driver called us to check we were on our way ! Smooth pickup, and efficient return service. Driver seemed genuinely pleased when I gave him a tip (other collection services seem to expect tips as the norm). Will definitely use again.

Everything worked out well. They were a little bit late (10 mins)when they picked up car from departures terminal 1 but this was no problem as lots of space to wait. They were on time when we landed even though plane had landed 1 hour early. I had my car washed by them for £8 while away and it looked the cleanest I have ever seen it on return. Everything I had left in the car was still there when I returned (eg Christmas presents)and car was in same condition. We would use this service again - the joy of just coming out of arrivals when you have landed after a long flight and your car waiting for you very clean was fantastic and well worth the experiment.
