Arrival Procedure

When you are 10 minutes away from Heathrow, call MBW Valet Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email to confirm your imminent arrival. On your arrival you will be met at the designated area for your terminal by one of the MBW representatives. If you are running early or late, please call MBW to let them know and they will endeavour to meet you on your arrival.

Departure Procedure

Once you have got all your luggage, call MBW on the phone number provided in your confirmation email. Those with just hand luggage can call when you land.

Transfer information

Transfers are not necessary as you are met at the Departure Terminal.

Security at MBW Valet Parking
  • CCTV security cameras are in operation 24 hours a day.
  • Car park is floodlit at night for added security.
  • Car parking compound is surrounded by 8 feet high security fencing.
  • Car park compound has security gates that are locked at night.
  • Security patrols are operated around the car park compound on a regular basis.

This service is particularly suitable for disabled clients.

Insurance Details

Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive the customer's car. Cars are stored subject to the car park's terms and conditions.

MBW Valet Parking drivers can only wait for 15 minutes; this is why they ask you to call if you are going to be late.

Directions for Meet and Greet location
  • You will be met by a driver in a MBW Valet Parking uniform
  • TERMINAL 1: Follow signs for departures. Keep to the left lane of the departure ramp & followramp through to the lower departure level. Pull up on the red tarmac
  • TERMINAL 2: Follow the signs for T2. Pull up in the 3rd lane which is the carset down lane
  • TERMINAL 3: Follow signs for T3. As you approach keep terminal to your right. Pull over outside American Airlines
  • TERMINAL 4: Follow signs for T4 departures. Go up ramp and pull up in 3rd lane which is the car set down lane
  • TERMINAL 5: Follow signs to T5 departures, keeping in the right lane of the departure ramp. Follow signs for short term car park, then follow signs to fast track entrance (on the left-hand side). Go to the barrier, take a ticket, then follow the road to rows L - Q where an MBW employee will meet you. Give your keys and car park ticket to the driver.

        A smooth and trouble free service.Friendly staff (even at 5.00am)taking plenty of the stress out of airport usage. I would definetely recommend your company and will most certainly use you again.

        Very good probably the best we have used we particularly liked the way they called us on departure especially as we had holdups and it was snowing hard and again on arrival just as we had got our bags before we had time to go through the usual performance of trying to find the number have never had that before, altogether a very good thoughtful service Mr & Mrs S Jackson Cambridgeshire

        I arrived 1 hr earlier than agreed but MBW were not phased and were felxible enough to meet me. Coming back I was delayed in collecting my baggage but they were quite happy to wait. Very good service considering the price. One point I noticed was that the drivers door mat was very muddy, but I am not 100% sure if that was their fault or whether it was already like that when I handed to them - I am giving them the benefit of the doubt.

        Everything on time and worked well. Our flight arrival was delayed but they were good enough to check with us as we went through passport control.

        Dropping the car off was fine and went to plan. On return we called and got the impression they weren't ready for us. They turned up about 20 mins late and handed over the keys and legged it! No conversation, no walk around the car to see if all was OK. In the event there were no problems with the car, but we were left on our own to check this.

        Even though we called when we were 10 minutes away from the airport and when we were had collected our baggage as requested, we still had wait of approximately 20 minutes.

        Even though we arrived 20 minutes early and returned one hour earlier than expected, we waited only about 5 minutes both times for MBW Valet Parking to arrive and collect/return our vehicle, which helped to reduce the stress associated with travelling abroad.

        Do to a long hold up (2hrs) due to an accident, we missed our flight to Los Angeles by minutes. A quick call to MBW and the car was returned to us within a few minutes and rearranged for the next day. They collected the next morning as promised and could not have been more helpful, No extra charge. They even remembered us when we returned!. We will certainly use MBW again.

        We arrived slightly late because of heavy Monday morning traffic, but our driver was waiting patiently for us. We phoned in on our arrival back and the car was delivered back to us shortly after we got to the loading/unloading area. Could not fault the service and would happily use again.

        On contacting MBW on our arrival, staff were unaware of our booking, but they did arrive very quickly, and were courteous. On our return the car was delivered soon after contacting the office, but due to our delayed flight we arrived in the dark and so unable to see the filthy condition of it.(covered in birds droppings and mess). If the company is proported to be MBW Valet, then you expect the vehicle to be returned in a clean condition; if this was not part of the service, a question should be asked by the staff if cleaning is required.

        Prompt / punctual / called in before departure. Apart from them being 5 minutes late on departure area- everything was fine. Only suggestion would be - please let people know where to take exit in terminal 5 when we get on the ramp for parking area.

        We had an excellent exepereice with MBW. We arrived early at T5 and the driver came 10 mins earlier to collect the car. We realised we were returning to T4 after our holiday and the car collection details were amended by the customer service team. The car was promptly returned to us at 5.45am at T4. Overall a faultless service and great value.

        Satisfactory service but did not match service we had received at other London Airports, but we are prepared to accept that because this is the first time we used MBW Valet Parking that maybe this was just a bit of an unlucky first time. Staff were very polite and helpful, but instructions are incorrect for drop-off at T3.On approach you cannot keep terminal to your right and pull over outside American Airlines, because its One Way entry lane, so the Terminal is on the LEFTSIDE and SO is the AA building!! Suggest you change this information! many thanks.

        Good and affordable service with room for improvement. Unfortunately the drop off point as stated on the confirmation mail was wrong. According to the pick up driver it had recently changed but not yet changed in the correspondence. Furthermore, upon return we collected our baggage and then called MBW as instructed. Unfortunately, after calling we had to wait 25 minutes until the car was delivered
