MBW Meet and Greet Parking reviews

Had to wait 15 minutes for car on return after phoning as per instructions.

Will always use this service in the future. I was so worried about transporting all our luggage and our toddler from long distance parking but when I discovered MBW it was such a relief!

This is the first time I use meet and greet service and MBW is really second to none. They called me before the proposed time and shortly after landing to see if everything is all right. The gentleman was waiting already when we arrive the airport. very polite and professional. On our way back, the car arrives just as we walked out to the car park.

MBW arrived on time to collect my car even though the weather was terrible. I asked them to start the engine whilst I was away which they did. Very helpful and would use again.

We were about an hour late because of delays on the M25 due to an accident. We called up in between to alert the company and they told us to let them know where were 10 min away from Terminal 4 at Heathrow. The driver was waiting when we reached. He did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and marked out scratches etc & the mileage in the form before taking the keys, all of which took about 10 min - time for us to transfer our bags to a trolley. He even asked us about other valuables and details of our return flight. Similary on arrival, we called them up once we had collected our bags and the driver was waiting when we came out. The car had done 14 miles and was pretty much the same condition that we left it in. Liked the service, the price and the short turnaround - we had to make the booking the night before we were leaving (in a emergency due to FIL's illness). So would recommend.

The service was incredibly efficient, and instructions clear as to where at Heathrow we were to meet the representative. We only had to wait 5 minutes either end. The return of our vehicle outside the arrivals lounge was prompt and efficient after a long trans-Atlantic flight. I would not hesitate to use the company again.

This was the least expensive 'meet and greet' parking at an airport we have ever used, the service was faultless, the driver was waiting for us at Heathrow, helped with our luggage and offered valet cleaning of the car for a very reasonable price. On our return our flight arrived earlier than scheduled and Heathrow baggage handlers were unexpectedly efficient, so we expected to have to wait for the car to arrive, but it was there waiting for us. Couldn't fault it at all and would definitely use this service again.
