However, we then realised we had left a bag with our passports at a service station, and had to dash back to retrieve them. We were then one and a quarter hours later than planned and in danger of missing the flight. We rang the contact number asking them to make sure there was someone there to take the car as soon as we arrived back at terminal 3. There was some one waiting when we arrived, and we managed to catch the flight. On our return to Heathrow, we rang as soon as we left the aircraft, and the car was ready and waiting for us when we cleared customs, even though they had had 5 inches of snow where the car was stored. Very impressed, and would certainy use their friendly and helpful service again..."

"...This is the first time i have used the facility and I was impressed by the service,We followed the signs in to the car park and parked in the drop off lane, a gentleman with a clip board started checking the car whilst i went in the office where i was greeted by name. i was given instructions where to collect the vehicle on return and given a collection ticket and a map and that was it.I went back out side and removed my bags signed for the condition of my car and left my keys. the gentleman with the clip board explained what happens to my car and pointed us to the free shuttle bus shelter about 10 yards from my car. My car i was informed would now be taken to the multi story park at terminal 5 where it would remain until our return in three weeks. Three weeks later and i follow the map. out side the main doors of T5 past the lifts across the pick up and bus lane to the office.show my collection ticket and passport to check id. keys where in the file for that day with a note of its location floor 4 bay G. up in the lift to floor 4 found the car loaded up and away. no waiting or queing at all, staff that knew what they were doing and where very efficient. very impressed and i will use this facility again whithout a doubt.."

Eventually we were met but told we had been "left off the system" On returning exactly the same thing happened. 20 minutes later the car turned up covered in dust and white spots. We were told in had been stored in the car park one level down and the delay had been caused by having difficulty finding it-- clearly not the case as the engine temperature was on high when we took it over..."

Transfer bus took 5 minutes to arrive and then about 10 minutes to get to Terminal 3 (via Terminal 1) - the benefit of the site being next to perimeter road and relatively close to the airport. Return journey, just as easy. Good value? Yes. Use again? Yes..."

"...So very simply, from booking it online, turning up and parking and simply leaving our car in a secure area. The only minor concern was that we had was had we used the right car park! As when we drove it it gave us a standard entry ticket. But when we came to leave we simply put our ticket in the exit barrier and we were on our way. We would 100% use this service again..."
