Phoned the office at 4.45am to be met by a driver as arranged at Heathrow at 5am. Car was waiting for me 15mins after calling the office from luggage reclaim 7 days later. Cannot fault the service, nor price, which was comparable with airport parking fees alone. I will recommend Happy Days to all my colleagues and will definately use the service again.

No problems whatsoever, just drive to the terminal leave the car with the representative and enjoy your holiday.

I was a bit early for 5am meet at Heathrow but driver phoned to say she was on her way and arrived at the arranged time. I called after I had collected my luggage, my car arrived 15 minutes later. The last service I used took 45 minutes. I will definitely book Happy Days Meet and Greet again and recommend it to everyone else.

I was not able to call whilst driving to Heathrow (due to illegality) and phoned on arrival at the specified time. I called and was told they would be there in 10 minutes - actually it was 15. On my return, I called as I was leaving the plane - I got to the pick-up point 10 minutes later and still had to wait 10-15 minutes. For a true meet and greet, use Purple Parking - even offsite parking in the long term is quicker (and cheaper).

There were no problems with the collection of our car when we arrived at the airport, but, despite phoning as soon as we could, the delivery of our car to us when we returned was very slow.

Hi All, Be warned, these people are cowboys. I left my car for a long weekend and it was returned with the nearside scratched alone the whole length. They said they were not resposible for the damage !!! Will never use them again. If you do make sure you or they sign for the car and any damage that you may have BEFORE you hand over your keys. I didn't and am paying the price now.

I was particularly reassured to get a phone call from Happy Days while I was queuing to board my flight home. They had been unable to find the flight number that I had given listed and wanted to check that I was on my way. I had probably typed the wrong number but it was good to know that I was expected and that they were not just waiting for me to turn up.

good but not sure where they park the cars- it must be a fair way from LHR as amount of fuel left in tank was below what i expected

I booked my parking in advance and read all the small print as I'm always paranoid about missing flights. My parter called the designated phone number when we were 15 mins away from the airport (only one of the numbers provided was working - the other wasn't recognised). When we finally got through to someone we were told that our booking was cancelled. The woman on the phone was rude and unelpful, nobody had informed us of this by phone or email and we were left to drive around Heathrow in the early hours trying to find a car park. Thanks to this company's incompetence and terrible customer service we almost missed our flight. Do not use them.
