Purple Parking operate this chauffeur parking service for those wishing to be met at the Heathrow Terminal of their choice. Your vehicle is stored at Purple Parking's secure facility until you return.

On arrival at the designated area, you will be met by a chaffeur who will be wearing a black jacket and cap with a Purple Parking ID tag. If you are going to be later than your pre-booked arrival time, you must contact the car park on the number provided in your confirmation email to advise them. You will not be able to wait on the departures level, therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time.

Call the freephone number given when your car was collected. Your vehicle will then be returned to you at the designated area. Full details of the return procedure will be given to you by the chauffeur.

There is a height restriction at the car park of 2.4 metres (or 7.5 feet) due to a tunnel on the approach to the car park. Vans are okay as long as they can get through the tunnel.

This service is only available if pick up and return times are between 5am and midnight. if your return flight into Heathrow is delayed beyond midnight, Purple Parking reserve the right to pick you up at the terminal by courtesy bus and drive you to the car park to collect your vehicle.

A no-show fee of £25.00 will be charged by the car park for non-arrivals and cancellations made within one hour of the pre-booked meet time.

  • Terminal 1: Drive up ramp to departures in the left lane. Follow road round to left down on to the lower section. The chauffeur will meet you in this area.
  • Terminal 2: Drive to furthest lane away from the departure building.
  • Terminal 3: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building.
  • Terminal 4: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building.
  • Terminal 5: Drive up the ramp towards Departures, bearing right at the sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm and keep left, following the sign for "Fast Track". At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay). Once inside, follow the arrows on the road to "Row L", where Purple Parking's chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket.

I had not used PP before but did on the recommendation of a friend who told me they were very quick. On returning at 06:25 I called for the car but as they had put the wrong code on the ticket they initially could not find it. When they did I was told that it would be there in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later there was no sign so I asked their rep what was happening and he said I should call again and wait outside (I gave him my registration number), I called and was told that there depot was 20-25 minutes away so it would be there soon ! About 10 minutes later I went to the rep again and he told me that I should wait outside, I glanced into his box of keys and noticed mine in his pile. He then said it had just arrived so I asked him where the car was, he did not know and said "somewhere outside" I then walked around for 5 minutes searching for my car which had been parked in a bay 5o metres away.I left the car park at just after 7 o'clock over 35 minutes after I had called. They were 40 % more expensive than the other providers and I have never had to wait this long before nor had a provider just dump my car somewhere on the 4th level. A waste of money !!!

Because the traffic was good on the way to heathrow we informed your office that we would be arriving one hour early. Your staff checked and assured us that that would be fine and that someone would be there to collect the car from us at terminal 3. Unfortuneately no one turned up for just over half an hour which was most stressful as officials at the terminal kept moving me on. In the end I had to drive round the block 8 times.

I called as soon as I had landed and for some reason my car took half an hour to get to me once I was up on the 4th floor of T5. In addition, the driver delivered the car and when he got out, I'm afraid that my car smelt very strongly of cigarettes. I don't think he had been smoking in my car, but he obviously was a heavy smoker and the residue of his cigarette smell was with me in the car for the whole of my journey back to Kent. I was very disappointed to have to wait so long for my car. I would have been better off (financially and timewise) to have parked in the business car park.
