Arrival Procedure
Terminals 1, 2 and 3: Call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email ten minutes before arriving at the airport to receive instructions and ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you. Your vehicle is collected in the departures area of your terminal.
Terminal 4: Call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email ten minutes before arriving at the airport to receive instructions and ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you. Your vehicle is collected in the departures area of the terminal.
Terminal 5: Call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email ten minutes before arrival and drive to the Departures level to meet your chauffeur.
Departure Procedure
Terminals 1, 2 and 3: Collect your luggage, clear customs, and then call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email to arrange collection of your vehicle.
Terminal 4: Collect your luggage, clear customs, and then call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email to arrange collection of your vehicle.
Terminal 5: Collect your luggage, clear customs, and then call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email to arrange collection of your vehicle.
Transfers
Transfers are not necessary as you are met at the Departure Terminal.

Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored subject to the car park's terms and conditions.
Vehicle restrictions
The car park does not accept long-wheel-based or extended-wheel-based vans.
Other Important Information
- This service does not operate before 04.45.
- Only a limited service is available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

A must for any one travelling, polite and punctual staff. The convenience of dropping your car at the terminal pre flight and then returning to your car at the terminal, takes out that little bit of stress of parking and waiting in the cold or rain for the shuttle. I would highly recommend Meteor

The use of the parking bays outside of departures make this service so much easier and the staff both in the office and dealing with the pick up and delivery of the car were fine.

Very nervous about valet service, as the service provided was beyond our control, and as our outward flight was exceptionally important to us....but absolutely no problems, just phone 10 minutes before arrival if possible, and a very pleasant member of staff arrived to take our car, and helped with unloading our car. Similar good service on our return.

A call to the number provided prior to arrival was answered switfly, the 'meet-and-greet' staff were polite, efficient and informative and again when we returned. Nice to get off the plane, have our car delivered and drive home without having to start another journey to collect the car. Excellent service and good value. We will be using this service again.

the car had a small smell of curry. had to keep the windows open for a while what was not pleasant experience due to the cold weather. besides of that the service was fine.

Everything went exactly according to plan. We were met on arrival at Terminal 4, Heathrow and the handover was quick and straightforward. On returning at the end of our trip, we called once through customs and were told where we should meet the Meteor rep with our car in 5 minutes. He and the car arrived within that time. Really happy with the service.

My flight out was the earliest I could use your service. I rang with 10mins to go and the driver was waiting at 5am. I rang for the car's return as the baggage conveyor started and was out within 10mins and again the car was already there. When you have kids tired after a flight that is exactly what you need. Very impressed.

The pick up on departure from Heathrow (T3) took place approximately half an hour after the phone call - not the 10 minutes advertised. The delivery of my car on return to T3 was much more prompt in spite of heavy traffic coming into terminal. Suspect that car parked under trees as there was some bird mess on screen and bodywork. Overall, consider that the valet parking arrangement was good value for money overall.

Excellent service - everything went perfectly smoothly and as we were arriving back at Heathrow on a late flight, it was great knowing we didn't have to go through the hassle of getting a bus to the car park etc etc. Great value for money as well. We will definately use Meteor next time we are flying from Heathrow.

Did as instructed on confirmation and guys were there ready to take the car - we were a bit late to the airport, but they weren't, which made our trip so stress free. Coming home, when we got to the meeting place, car was ready and waiting - who could ask for more! And terrific value for money - will definately use again - thank you!

I can highly recommend the service for meteor. punctual, friendly and easy. The cost of valet fullstop is quite expensive, and I wonder if they could try and be a little more leaner with the pricing, but that is the entire market. Would consider using again.

First time using a service like this so was unsure of what to expect. Very good service, very punctual, very polite etc. Can't fault the service, will definately use this type of service again. I paid a bit more because of the good feedback this provider had. My parents arrived and departed on the same flight as us but they paid £25 less - their provider was just as good as ours - next time I will look for a better price.

Such good value for money when traveling with small children. The only negative I can mention is we were a bit confused about where to go to drop off the car at terminal 5 heathrow, but as soon as we figured that out, everything went smoothly. We even arrived 30 minutes early and it was no trouble. great service.
