Terminals 1, 2 and 3: Your vehicle is collected kerbside. Please call 07956 471302 ten minutes before arriving at the airport to receive instructions for meeting your driver.
Terminal 4: Your vehicle is collected kerbside. Please call 07974 407782 ten minutes before arriving at the airport to receive instructions for meeting your driver.
Terminal 5: Please call 07966 916408 or 07966 916403 ten minutes before arrival and drive to the Departures level to meet your driver.
Terminals 1, 2 and 3: Collect your luggage, clear customs, and then call 07956 471302 to arrange collection of your vehicle.
Terminal 4: Collect your luggage, clear customs, and then call 07974 407782 to arrange collection of your vehicle.
Terminal 5: Collect your luggage, clear customs, and then call 07966 916408 or 07966 916403 to arrange collection of your vehicle.
Transfers are not necessary as you are met at the Departure Terminal.

The car was collected within 5 minutes of arrival at T5 and it was waiting for us when we got out of the airport on collection. Brilliant, simple service - I can't fault it!
I have used all forms and Companies for Heathrow parking over the years, and without a doubt this format with an exclusive drop-off bay and reception office at the terminal is the best to avoid any delays on either departure or arrival. The Company running it are excellent.
Had to wait for over 30 mins whilst the car was being returned. Other than that it was a good service which i would recommend to friends and colleagues
I think there needs to be greater clarity about timings maybe a rethink - the fact that i was held up in exiting the airport for approx 10 minutes due to fire emergency, meant that as i arrived at the collection point my car was just arriving. Had i ot been held up i would have been witing outside for that 10 minutes or so
CPS offer the best price when it comes to being able to drop your car off at a valet parking station! There are other services where you have to phone 20mins prior to arriving and phone after you leave customs. The latter process is more annoying as this can mean waiting for 10mins before your car arrives. With CPS they bring your car up to their car park when your plane lands, so your car is waiting for you. They also offer the superior professionalism which cane be lacking in other small family run firms like Gatwick Ace Meet and Greet.
I like the fact they actually look at your returning flight details and ensure your car is ready for you even if you do not phone them. Sometimes you are through customs and your luggage comes through so fast that you do not give them enough time to get your car ready... but with CPS it is always there waiting for me!
It was a choice between long-term car park with 20 minutes on the bus (plus waiting for it) for £100, or £140 for dropping the car at the terminal and walking across the road to check in... and just coming out of the terminal on arrival and heading straight home. Hmm, let me think which one I prefer... :-)
An invaluable service if travelling with a small child, especially if arriving after a night flight. Expensive but worth it for being able to jump into your car and get home ASAP. My radio needed resetting though - don't know why, was too tired to ask!
We were delighted with the service received from CPS. Despite being over 7 hours late in collecting the car staff were on hand waiting to receive us. We decided to take up the offer of the valeting service whilst we were away and were more than happy with the result.
Good service and handy if you're in a rush. No problems. Not the cheapest, but very quick and businesslike.
We have used CPS Personal Parking before and had good experience at T3 Heathrow. This time used T4 and if anything the collection and drop off were more convenient. CPS were able to be flexible on times as long as we kept in contact by mobile, bearing in mind we were travelling from West Wales. An article in The Daily Telegraph Motoring section just before we flew painted warnings of cars being damaged or abused whilst in the care of meet and greet services so I was a little apprehensive, but no problems at all with this operator.
Generally, liked the experience. Very quick check-in, left car which was almost immediately taken to the park. On the arrival didn't have to wait and the car was there waiting for us. The only negative point is the stone marked bump on the wing of the car and petrol level was lower than when the car was left.
I have used most of the Meet 'n Greet services; most are punctual when collecting the car, much less so when returning it..... CPS at Heathrow T4 is a different story; its on-site office allows you to drop off at your convenience (I was 40 mins early, but was able to go straight to check-in, without having to wait for the chauffeur), and my car was waiting for me - unmarked - when I returned. 10/10 !!!
I like the fact there is a dedicated lane at T4 where you can drop off & pick up - better than the free for all in the main pick-up/drop-off zones. The office there also means it's OK whatever the weather if you have to wait.
Have used meet and greet services before, but especially for T1 this is more convenient because no problem if arrive a little early or a little late due to vagaries of traffic. Nice friendly face at 6am! And very easy at return.
Excellent service. I arrived very early and was not kept waiting any longer than was reasonable. Same on arrival. Very professional.
Very quick and easy to find, very close to terminal. Unfortunately instructions upon arrival on homeward journey not all that clear with regard to finding your car again but apart from that thoroughly recommended!
My car came back with 'fresh' scratches to the bumper that were not there when I left the car. To top it all when I returned the scratch was there, as was a fabricated sheets of paper saying the damage was there when I left. Currently undergoing legal action to sort this out as Manager at CPS basically said I was lying.
We have used other 'meet and greet' services in the past but found it much more convenient to arrive and know that someone will be there to take the car as you have your own office in site - so no need to wait for drivers. Car was there on return so no wait - that was priceless as couldn't wait to get home to children!
