Park your vehicle, unload your luggage and make your way to reception. You will be asked to present your printed booking confirmation and leave your car keys with a member of staff. The receptionist will give you a receipt, which you will need to keep safe for your return. Then you need only board the bus to your Terminal outside reception.

Proceed to bus stop 27 outside of Terminal 4 (bus stop 17 at T5) and board the bus back to Click Park. Present your receipt at reception, and you may then collect your car from a bay outside reception.

From the M25:

  • Leave the motorway at Junction 14, following signs for Heathrow Terminal 4.
  • At the motorway roundabout, take the first exit coming anticlockwise, third exit coming clockwise, onto the A3133 Airport Way.
  • At the first roundabout, go straight over onto the Southern Perimeter Road.
  • Go straight on at the next roundabout and at three sets of traffic lights.
  • At the next roundabout (Beacon Road), take the third exit onto Beacon Road, which is signposted Central London, Staines and the A30.
  • At the next roundabout, take the fifth exit onto Sanctuary Road, signposted Quarantine Station.
  • The entrance to Click Park is the first left, opposite Heathrow Animal Reception Centre.

From the M4:

  • Leave the motorway at Junction 3.

  • Go straight on at the traffic light junction, and after about a mile you will come to the Waggoners Roundabout, where you should also go straight on.
  • At the junction with the A30, turn right onto the A30.
  • Go straight on at two sets of traffic lights, then take the Terminal 4 slip road (car parks are signposted from this point).
  • As you approach the Terminal 4 roundabout, stay in the left lane and follow the slip road onto the dual carriageway.
  • At the next roundabout (Beacon Road), take the first exit onto Beacon Road, which is signposted Central London, Staines and the A30.
  • At the next roundabout, take the fifth exit onto Sanctuary Road, signposted Quarantine Station.

I was very impressed by the service from my first arrival, being trasferred straight away with one other couple and being collected within minutes of confirming my arrival. My car was waiting for me when I arrived at the car park, ready for me to get straight into and drive away. The directions were easy to follow, even for a complete stranger to the area, and I found my way back onto the M25 very easily. I'd definitely recommend.

On arrival it appeared a small compound type area but the parking was simple, the staff helpful and the car ready on my return. Would certainly use them again

Overall OK...very close to T5 unfortunately going out we went via T4, return was direct and pickup quick. Transport is provided in upper market mini-bus with lots of space. Directions provided are a slightly mis leading so look on google first

Very good service and good price so would use again. We were travelling very much off peak and so were the only people on the minibus but transfers were swift and efficient both arriving and being collected. Car park is very close to T4 and pretty close to T5.
