Arrival Procedure

A chauffeur wearing a black suit will meet you at the kerbside of your terminal. He will identify you with your full details. You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to confirm your arrival time and ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you. If your arrival time changes on the day of your trip, please notify the car park at the phone number provided in your confirmation email.

Departure Procedure

When you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, phone the number given to you when you dropped off your vehicle to arrange collection.

Other Important Information
  • You will not be able to wait on the Departures level, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate you will be arriving earlier, please notify the car park at the number provided.

        I booked my parking on the morning of my departure date (work thing, last minute). I arrived at Heathrow 5 minutes early. I waited 10 minutes and called the number on the confirmation. Spoke to one chap who knew nothing about my booking and said that he needed 24hrs notice. Said he could not help but asked me to call another number, which he text me and to give the person my name and car details. I complained that they should already have this and I wasn't happy to give a guy on a mobile my details. After some hassle the car was collected, making me late, if I had more time I would have cancelled and just parked up at Heathrow as I was extremely concerned I would arrive back to find my car had disappeared! Not good at all.

        How difficult can it be? They failed to call before arrival (as stated on the print out). They then failed to be at arrival point (on calling, was told the printout was now out of date). Sent me to the wrong car park. Nearly misssed my flight. On return, they failed to meet at agreed point (wrong car park) and I had to wait nearly an hour for my car. The driver blamed the controller and visa versa. Spend your money elsewhere.

        This was our first experience of meet and greet parking and I will never use anything other parking again. The service was professional and excellent value for money. Our car was collected from the meeting point on our arrival at departures and waiting for us when we arrived back. What more can you ask for. No unexpected mileage and no damage to car. Brilliant. many thanks.

        Cannot fault the service in any way. We were delayed at Heathrow on the return as there was a problem with the luggage handlers but the car was still returned promptly when we were ready to leave. Would recommend this company to family and friends.

        We were waiting for 25 minutes for the driver to collect our car. They were there within 5 minutes when returning the car. The whole experience would have been perfect had we not had to wait so long for the collection

        It was ok service. The only downside to it was that there was no email sent to us after the booking and we did not have a voucher ref. we were panicky and had to get to the airport 1 hour earlier than schedule to make enquiries.

        my car was dirty when i returned. may be it was parked outdoor. it will be nice if someone could just give a quick wask of the car.

        Found the experience good value for money. The drop off at T5 was very easy and service polite and efficient. If you have only hand luggage phone when off the plane and not after passport control.

        Such a good service, phone call as we left the house in the morning, driver waiting at Terminal 5. Car waiting when we returned. Courteous and efficient.

        These guys were very friendly efficient and good value for money. I only booked the night before, and the only hiccup was that it was lucky I called them to advise I was running late as the telephone number hadn't carried across from the booking.

        I was half an hour earlier than planned for the departure leg, but they managed to deal with that successfully. No problems or delays experienced on the return journey. I do think they should log the remaining miles in the tank (when modern cars have it) so everyone feels comfortable with that.

        Staff were easy to identify and everyhting happened as stated in the email. On our return we were half an hour later than stated but again the person bringing the car was friendly and promt in getting the car to the meet place in spite of us being later. I would reccomend this service and will definitley use them again. 10/10 !

        My experience couldn't be faulted, on my way out I phoned as I approached Heathrow to advise I would arrive slightly early and man was waiting for me and dealt with me very professionally. My return flight also arrived early, I phoned upon landing and my car was returned early only leaving me to wait about 5 minutes. Will definitely use next time.

        The experience was great. Driver rang 30 mins before when they said he would and whilst we were held up by traffic he was fine about it. Driver was polite and helpful both ways. We had a short wait for the return driver, but not for too long. We will be using them again.

        As a service it beats leaving your car in a long term carpark. I had a bit of a delay on arrival at Heathrow for my outbound journey, but this may have been due to me giving them the incorrect time in the first place. I had also had to wait 10/15mins on arrival back in Heathrow from my trip. My feeling is that they do not have the same resources as the bigger firms such as Purple, but then you pay a lot less. So all in all a quite sastisfactory experience and I would use them again.

        It was good that they telephoned us to make sure we were on time on arrival, told us exactly where to meet them and there they were! On returning, we only had to wait a few minutes - would use them again


Directions for Meet and Greet location

Upon arrival at the airport:

  • Terminal 1: Drive up the ramp to Departures in the left lane, then follow the road around to the left, down onto the lower section. The chauffeur will meet you in this area.
  • Terminal 2: Drive to the lane furthest away from the Departure building.
  • Terminal 3: Drive to the second or third lane outside the Departure building.
  • Terminal 4: Drive to the lane furthest outside the Departure building.
  • Terminal 5: Drive towards the pick-up and departure point. As you go up the ramp, you will see a sign for Short Stay Car Park. Follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park (this is Level 4 of the terminal car park), but keep in the left-hand lane marked "Fast Track Business Parking". Drive to the barrier and take a ticket, then proceed to Zone L-M, where you will be met by DriveFly staff. (There is no additional charge to you for entering the car park.)

Your chauffeur will be waiting at your terminal and a receipt confirming the mileage and condition of your car will be given. You will also be given return details for collection of your vehicle.
