A chauffeur wearing a black suit will meet you at the kerbside of your terminal. He will identify you with your full details. You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to confirm your arrival time and ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you. If you do not receive a phone call 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival, or if your arrival time changes on the day of your trip, please notify the car park at the phone number provided in your confirmation email.
You will not be able to wait on the Departures level, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate you will be arriving earlier, please notify the car park at the number provided.

When you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, phone the number given to you when you dropped off your vehicle to arrange collection.
Designated collection points:
- Terminal 1: Exit Arrivals, walk across to the car park and pick up your vehicle in the same spot you left it.
- Terminal 2: Under construction.
- Terminal 3: Level 5 of the Short Stay Car Park - Zone A.
- Terminal 4: Customer pick-up point at departure level; furthest lane from the terminal building.
- Terminal 5: Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park - Zones L-M.

Upon arrival at the airport:
- Terminal 1: When exiting the tunnel, keep to the lane furthest left. Follow the sign for Terminal 1, Customer Arrival, Short-Stay Car Park. After passing the ticket barrier. Take the 2nd Left, to the ground level of the car park. Park your car in Zone D.
- Terminal 2: Under Construction.
- Terminal 3: Follow the signs for Terminal 3 after going through the airport tunnel. Follow the signs for "Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park". Enter the Short Stay Car Park and proceed to level 5 of the car park. Please park in Zone "A", which is located near the lifts that will take you to Departures.
- Terminal 4: As you turn off the roundabout towards terminal 4, keep your car on the left-hand lane, taking you up a ramp towards terminal 4 drop-off point. Park your car at the furthest drop-off lane from the terminal building.
- Terminal 5: Head towards the pick-up and departure point which will direct you up the flyover. Keep your vehicle on the right side of the ramp. Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, keep in the left-hand lane marked "Fast track Business Parking". Drive to the Barrier and take a ticket. Make your way to Zones L-M and park your vehicle. You will be met by a fully qualified chauffeur in a Black suit on the kerb side of the terminal building. The driver will identify you with your full details and then assist you with your luggage.
Your chauffeur will be waiting at your terminal and a receipt confirming the mileage and condition of your car will be given. You will also be given return details for collection of your vehicle.
