Arrival Procedure
A chauffeur wearing a black suit will meet you at the kerbside of your terminal. He will identify you with your full details. You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to confirm your arrival time and ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you. If your arrival time changes on the day of your trip, please notify the car park at the phone number provided in your confirmation email.
Departure Procedure
When you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, phone the number given to you when you dropped off your vehicle to arrange collection.

Other Important Information
- You will not be able to wait on the Departures level, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate you will be arriving earlier, please notify the car park at the number provided.
- This service is only available for pickup and return times between 04.00 and 00.00.
Directions for Meet and Greet location
Upon arrival at the airport:
- Terminal 1: Drive up the ramp to Departures in the left lane, then follow the road around to the left, down onto the lower section. The chauffeur will meet you in this area.
- Terminal 2: Drive to the lane furthest away from the Departure building.
- Terminal 3: Drive to the second or third lane outside the Departure building.
- Terminal 4: Drive to the lane furthest outside the Departure building.
- Terminal 5: Drive towards the pick-up and departure point. As you go up the ramp, you will see a sign for Short Stay Car Park. Follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park (this is Level 4 of the terminal car park), but keep in the left-hand lane marked "Fast Track Business Parking". Drive to the barrier and take a ticket, then proceed to Zone L-M, where you will be met by DriveFly staff. (There is no additional charge to you for entering the car park.)
Your chauffeur will be waiting at your terminal and a receipt confirming the mileage and condition of your car will be given. You will also be given return details for collection of your vehicle.

Service worked smoothly as described - short delay on return as you have to phone through once bags have been collected, but that is not a problem at this price. T5 drop off and collection under cover in the car park. Very pleased and would definitely use again.

I have used Drive Fly four times now. Each time they have been extremely courteous, helpful and punctual. Even when I arrived almost an hour early on one occasion, I had to wait no more than a couple of minutes for the driver to arrive and take my car from me. I would definitely recommend this service.

Very helpful staff - allowing time saved on both the outward and return journy. After having a delay on a number of ytransfers back - I was pleased to just get the car and drive home , without the hassle of going out to a nearby car park.

Drop off was fine but pick up was not good - we waited over 30 mins after driving flying all day. Seemed to be very light on staff in comparison to other companies. Not helped by communications difficulties - just could not get through by phone (line busy and no reply) to the contact number to find out what had happened to the car. Was eventually told over the phone there had been an accident but all the other companies were delivering promptly. Felt they were underesourced and next time would go for one of larger companies (Meteor/Purple parking)

I would certainly use Drive Fly Meet and Greet again. Everything worked as we were promised from the call 20 mins before ETA to confirm our arrival. The driver was at hte airport when we arrived and on return was back with the car in the time advised.

Driver was there to greet us on arrival. Paperwork was simple but adequate. We rang on return once we had collected our baggage & driver arrived about 20 minutes later. We did not read instructions carefully enough & were waiting in arrivals area rather than departure where there is waiting space. We have used cabs & airport car parks before & this beats all for value & ease of use, particularly for longer stays.

Very efficient service. When we phoned to say that we were running ahead of schedule the pick up driver was dispatched immediately. On our return the car arrived within a few minutes of us reaching the drop of area. No problems and very good value for money.

The whole thing worked perfectly, driver was waiting when we got there, 10 minute wait when we got back. We were on the road on the way home 35 mins after we landed. Exellent service will use it again, and recommend it to others. Many thanks R Fleming

There waiting on arrival, couldn't have been better. On return, had to wait 15 mins, fortunately it had stopped raining! Didn't return car to where we were told, but not too busy, so no problem.

I have found that if you book well in advance, you can get meet and greet parking for a comparable price to standard parking. It's quick, convenient, reliable and the drivers are very helpful and friendly. The added plus for me is that I can book using my company AMEX. Not all parking providers accept American Express and this means I have to use my own card for business, so I always choose Drive Fly! In addition sometimes they will do a valet on my car whilst I am away for a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

Got a little confused when dropping car off but were cordial at all times. Pickup was fantastic with person waiting for me as I figured out where to go! Made my travelling to and from the airport a lot more easier and stress free. Recommended.

Second time I've used the service and I'm still very happy. Very courteous drivers and straightforward handovers. On the downside, three separate confirmation emails are confusing and call 30 minutes before arrival has failed to materialise on both occassions. I will use again though - this is an excellent, hassle reducing start and finish to a holiday.
