Heathrow Business Parking (Park and Fly) for Terminal 4 is situated just off the M25, Junction 14. Located on-airport, this car park provides the closest parking to terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport, and offers spaces wider than standard parking bays. Arrival Procedure
Pull up to the entry barrier and a ticket is printed showing your vehicle registration number. Take the ticket and proceed to the zone indicated.
Departure Procedure
Drive to Customer Service (located adjacent to the exit) and your ticket will be validated before exiting the car park.

Transfers are provided to Terminal 4 only, run on demand and take approximately 3 minutes.

We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
- Exit at Junction 14 of the M25 and take the A3113 to Terminal 4 (follow signs for T4 and Cargo)
- Continue straight over 3 roundabouts
- After 3rd roundabout (opposite the RSPCA Quarantine Center) continue onwards for about 100 yards then move into the right filter lane
- After turning right, you'll see Park & Fly Business Parking T4 on your right

I do not travel frequently so I was pleasantly surprised this year to find that there was no reception office to find at the arrival point. So I parked the car, held on to my car keys etc and caught the net bus to Terminal 4. SIMPLE! on return it was MOST SIMPLE! and a great relief after older check-out experiences. Many thanks. transfer bus collected the both of us at our vehicle, didn't even have to walk to a bus stop. keep ticket from barrier and then hand in to guys at the office on your return to the car park. From leaving departures there was already a bus waiting at bus stop 6 outside terminal 4, It then whisked us to the car park a trip of a less than 3 minutes. Bus again dropped us at our vehicle, then we handed the ticket to the guys at the office, by entrance to car park, then off we go on our way home highly recommended Have tried many car parks at Heathrow, this is the best and fastest yet Thanks business parking

It was convenient to the carpark but I am unsure why I booked and paid business parking when fellow passengers booked in the same carpark as long term and used the same bus?

Good location near to Terminal 4. Directions were clear. 20 minute wait for transfer from the terminal back to the car park. No assistance given with heavy luggage.

Although one of the chepestest around - it is the best and easiest we have used. Easy to park and easy to see the coach stops as well as see the coach coming. They will stop between stops to help as well. Great!.

I usually pre book basic level car parking but decided to treat myself. The difference in service was well worth the additional money. No waiting around, immediate pick up to and departure from the airport before and after a long flight to Asia was wonderful. The drivers were also very pleasant. I would use this service again.

Worth the little 'extra' to have a park so close to the terminal. Vehicles were waiting to take us to the terminal and back, door to door service! Was really pleased and would use it again!!!

He would not and could not believe i had booked late the night before and had paid by credit card in the end after telling him it took my card amount we then enterd the card and he confirmed i had booked and paid for (memeber of your staff said his english is not very good sorry but that problem did not help me .Sorry you asked so this was my experiance this time with you otherwise very close and quick collection and drop off

The pick up from terminal 4 back to the car park was first class.It was straight out of the terminal door, straight onto the vehicle and directly to the zone drop off! It only took a matter of minutes.

The instructions I downloaded from the internet never mentioned inserting my crdeit card at the barrier. I went in and took a ticket. When I returned a week later the display told me I owed £172. I had already paid £74 by CC so I went to the member of staff in the kiosk and told him of this. he said I should have inserted my credit card and I told him it said that nowhere on the instructions. I re-read what I had printed out and confirmed to myself that I was right. I then handed the instructions and the entry card to the operator who played with a keyboard - I assumed he was cancelling the £172. I hope so. If he didn't I shall complain when I receive by CC bill. Other than that little hiccup everything went fin.

Very close to terminal 4, just a matter of minutes. I may have just been lucky with the transfers but there was a coach there waiting both in and out of the carpark. Easy to find. Was expensive, but as a business users service i would imagine most can claim it back as expenses anyway.

Exceptional service, i left my mobile in the car and only noticed this when we got to the airport terminal. Explaining my dilema to the driver he politely offered to return me to the car where i was able to recover it. Attentative service at its best.Even on exiting i found the staff to be attentive,polite and courtious. Thankyou to all

On arrival I inserted the Card I used to amke the booking. The system didn't recognise it so I took a parking ticket. Upon my return I was braced for an argument with the attendant but because I had the e-mail with the ref no I had my ticket validated there and then and left without having to pay any extra. We landed at 5am at T4 and were on the road home before 6am. Definitely use this facility again.

We got it wrong when we arrived at the car park. We took a ticket rather than put in our credit card. It was ok as your staff sorted us out. When you arrive you are in a hurry and just taking a ticket is the natural thing to do rather than reading instructions and trying to work out what to do. Perhaps this could be made clearer in the email. A bold 'On arrival insert credit card' prominantly before the directions.

Very positive experience using Maple Manor car pick up service. Friendly staff waiting for us at the airport to collect the car. On our return, one call - and the car turned up within 5 minutes of us collecting our baggage. Great Service, and one of the cheapest available - will definitely use again!

Great place to park and good value too. Very easy to find the place, nice and close to Terminal 4 and great to have dealt with booking all on-line. Only slight negative aspect was the coach was a little while picking us up and there were no signs or anything explaining how often they come etc. Would definately use again and have recommended to friends to do so. Will be doing so again myself in October.

Waited 30 mins for transfer to the terminal. After the flight was cancelled it took a long time for someone to answer the phone to get a return transfer at 4am. Subsequently charged for the aborted trip and again returning 6 hours later for the same parking period.
