Heathrow Business Parking for Terminal 4

        Worth spending a little more to be so near to T4, most appreciated on our return back to UK when we were back in our car 10 mins after leaving the airport!

        no compliants, quick easy and convient. one minor critism, no notice to if you have prepaid that you have to put your credit card where you get a ticket.

        The pick up from terminal 4 back to the car park was first class.It was straight out of the terminal door, straight onto the vehicle and directly to the zone drop off! It only took a matter of minutes.

        The instructions I downloaded from the internet never mentioned inserting my crdeit card at the barrier. I went in and took a ticket. When I returned a week later the display told me I owed £172. I had already paid £74 by CC so I went to the member of staff in the kiosk and told him of this. he said I should have inserted my credit card and I told him it said that nowhere on the instructions. I re-read what I had printed out and confirmed to myself that I was right. I then handed the instructions and the entry card to the operator who played with a keyboard - I assumed he was cancelling the £172. I hope so. If he didn't I shall complain when I receive by CC bill. Other than that little hiccup everything went fin.

        Very close to terminal 4, just a matter of minutes. I may have just been lucky with the transfers but there was a coach there waiting both in and out of the carpark. Easy to find. Was expensive, but as a business users service i would imagine most can claim it back as expenses anyway.

        Exceptional service, i left my mobile in the car and only noticed this when we got to the airport terminal. Explaining my dilema to the driver he politely offered to return me to the car where i was able to recover it. Attentative service at its best.Even on exiting i found the staff to be attentive,polite and courtious. Thankyou to all

        On arrival I inserted the Card I used to amke the booking. The system didn't recognise it so I took a parking ticket. Upon my return I was braced for an argument with the attendant but because I had the e-mail with the ref no I had my ticket validated there and then and left without having to pay any extra. We landed at 5am at T4 and were on the road home before 6am. Definitely use this facility again.

        We got it wrong when we arrived at the car park. We took a ticket rather than put in our credit card. It was ok as your staff sorted us out. When you arrive you are in a hurry and just taking a ticket is the natural thing to do rather than reading instructions and trying to work out what to do. Perhaps this could be made clearer in the email. A bold 'On arrival insert credit card' prominantly before the directions.

        Very positive experience using Maple Manor car pick up service. Friendly staff waiting for us at the airport to collect the car. On our return, one call - and the car turned up within 5 minutes of us collecting our baggage. Great Service, and one of the cheapest available - will definitely use again!

        Great place to park and good value too. Very easy to find the place, nice and close to Terminal 4 and great to have dealt with booking all on-line. Only slight negative aspect was the coach was a little while picking us up and there were no signs or anything explaining how often they come etc. Would definately use again and have recommended to friends to do so. Will be doing so again myself in October.
