Mr Elson
09 January, 2009We travelled down from Norfolk, after a long journey through the night it was nice to be met by proffesional friendly staff. We were not kept waiting for more than about 10 minutes before we were transferred to terminal 3 in a warm bus. On return we were picked up within 15 minuets of coming out of arrivals again very proffesional , smart & friendly staff, we were whisked back to the car park in a warm bus. Excellent Service would use and definetly recommend to friends, Wonderful value for money. Thanks.
Mr Webb
25 November, 2008Our experience was absolutely fine. If I had to be picky I'd mention that we had to wait 10 mins for a minibus to take us to the airport and on the way back we diverted to get someone at Terminal 5. I think both of these would happen anywhere though, it's just the luck of the draw. I was sceptical because they were one of the cheaper ones but I wouldn't waste money on a car park - these guys are fine.
Mr Chester
25 November, 2008It may not be the Ritz at your premises. But I have paid an awful lot more and have not received anything like as good service from so called established companys. We will be useing your company again, and will happily reccomend you to our friends yours sincerly Dave Chester.
Mr Davis
25 November, 2008I am a frequent user of Happy Days Parking. The carpark is easy to access and the team are very quick and efficient.
Mr Brook
25 November, 2008Reasonable directions, although a map would help a lot with reducing the stress when trying to find it. But essentially it is only 2 to 3 minutes from the M4 and relatively straight forward to find. First impressions were a bit bleak as its a patch of gravel in a small business park. but it's manned 24/7 so secure. Friendly service from our driver who drove very well, and knew his way. Timed it nicely on our return as the bus was there, and the car ready and waiting without a scratch....
Mr Gatt
25 November, 2008When we arrived at Happy Days, they were not busy, so the service was good and punctual, but if they get bigger as a I expect they will, they might need bigger premises. I will use Happy Days again, and I have also told my friends to give them a try.
Mrs Dalzell
24 November, 2008Good directions provided and the parking is very accessible. The checkin and transfer (in both directions) was speedy and efficient......... the staff were polite and helpful at all times.
Mr Allison
24 November, 2008Easy to get to, with adequate facilities - but what really made this company stand out was the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff, especially on arrival and during the transfers - would highly recommend.
Mr Bird
24 November, 2008The location is easy to get to. It looks a little like a waste site with cars crammed in, but the staff were friendly, the transfers were punctual and my car was parked up ready for me to go.
Mr Symonds
24 November, 2008The grounds look a bit rough and signs to the place aren't perfect (Tom Tom helps) and the bus wasnt very well marked but who cares! Friendly staff, best prices to be found anywhere and very prompt pickup and delivery! Would definetly recommend to anyone.
Mr Bowhay
24 November, 2008Excellent service, was easy to find and very short waits for tansfer to airport and only short waiting time to be picked up on way back.
Mrs Hanson
24 November, 2008Fining the car park was straight forward and easy. The directions were easy to follow. The transfers to and from the airport were there as I arrived. Definity worth the money spent.
Mrs McManus
11 November, 2008Again Cheap , BUT I would not say "Value for money" as we AND others had concerns over the security and lighting, Round the back of a breakers and tyre yard!!!
Ms Davies
06 November, 2008The location comes as a bit of a shock, especially leaving your car outside a scrap collection area. Lighting is poor and the portacabin is basic and old. No waiting for transfer coaches, or long walks across on airport car parks - or trying to locate your car on return. The directions given were clear. Transfer is by minibus - the drivers were helpful and prompt to arrive at airport. No problems with the car on our return and very reasonable charges. Providing you can accept your car will be left in a basic compound and you dont get any frills service on arrival its a cheap and effective service for Heathrow airport.
Mr Poole
04 November, 2008Directions were fine, until the turning into the car park itself: not well sign-posted. Car park is down a short track amidst a second-hand car sales depot. Arrival instructions weren't clear either - just park anywhere?! The young Reception staff were friendly and helpful though, and the two of us were taken to the airport immediately. The return trip was just as efficient: driver appeared within ten minutes of phone call, and we were back at the car park within ten minutes too. Collecting the keys was just as chaotic as leaving them - but somehow the whole thing works! Although car park security didn't look 21st Century, the car was stored perfectly safely, including a laptop which had to be left in the boot - not advised, but necessary on this occasion. Would definitely use again, and recommend to others who want value for money and no hanging around at the airport. No bells or whistles here - but does exactly what it says on the tin!
Mr Melin
24 October, 2008We arrived as the staff were opening for buiseness , but still got good service ,we would use them again
Mr Ross
21 October, 2008A bit alarmed when we arrived at the car park, to find we were next to a scrap yard. The car park its self was a bit rough, but served its purpose. The actual service we recieved was good & the transfers were very good in both directions. Very prompt on collecting us from heathrow.
Miss Craig
17 October, 2008We had a great experience with Happy Days Parking. The directions made it easy to find. There was a bus waiting to take us to the airport straight away. We were picked up promptly on our return and our car had been well looked after. The drivers of the buses were very friendly and helpful.
Mr PARR
17 October, 2008Made up for,by the pleasant staff, and very quick transfer,to Heathrow. Plus extremely quick collection coming back. With my car parked ready, near front gate, when Minibus got back to their yard. Would certainly use them again.
Mrs Adams
29 September, 2008They have a number of names (Incvluding UB8 and TLC), so you need to be aware of this, and Happy Days does not feature prominently which may throw you off when you go through the gate. But they are the pair or Partacabins, so just park up and go into the door and the staff will have your info to hand. Got to and from the terminal very quickly with no problems. Buses are the cleanest part of the operation.
