Happy Days' uniformed chauffeur will meet you at your departure terminal and take your car to their secure facility just a few miles away, then bring it back to the terminal when you return.

Happy Days Meet and Greet Parking Heathrow serves all terminals at Heathrow Airport.

A fully-insured driver will meet you on the departures level, identifying you by your vehicle registration. Please call 20 minutes prior to your arrival at airport and choose Option 1, to confirm an actual time you will be at airport.

PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to wait at the airport, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes on the day of your travel, please call the car park on the number provided in your confirmation email as soon as possible.

Once you have collected your luggage, phone the number on your booking confirmation choosing option 2 and quote your booking reference.

No long wheelbase vans are allowed at this car park. Any long wheelbase vans that arrive will be subject to further charges at the car park. Happy Days do not accept cars before 5am. If you book for arrival between 4 - 5am you will be charged a £20 surcharge at the car park.

  • Terminal 1 Meeting Point: On entering Heathrow through the tunnel follow signs for Terminal 1 departure drop off, as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 1, keep your vehicle in the left lane, which will then go down and automatically take you to the lower deck lane. At the end of the lane on the left hand side,you will see a sign on the floor marked "Permit Holders" park your vehicle there,where you will be met by a chauffeur.
  • Terminal 1 Returns Point: Please call once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs and choose Option 2. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say "Off Air Meet & Greet" in zone D.
  • Terminal 3 Meeting Point: Please follow signs to terminal 3 Valet drop off point. Park your vehicle in Lane 5 (furthest lane away from the Terminal Building).You will see a sign on the floor marked "Permit Holders" on the left hand side, park your vehicle there, where you will be met by a chauffeur.
  • Terminal 3 Returns Point: Call the phone number provided in your email confirmation and press option 2 once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. As you arrive in the arrivals,just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side,take the lift to level 1 short stay car park.Go over the bridge which connects the short stay car park.Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say "Off Air Meet and Greet" in zone A furthest point on your right hand side as you enter the Short Stay Car park.
  • Terminal 4 Meeting Point: Head for Terminal 4 departure drop off, as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left lane,and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal. Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked "Permit Holders",park your vehicle there, where you will be met.
  • Terminal 4 Returns Point Call Happy Meet and Greet parking selecting option 2 once you have cleared customs. As you exit the arrival Hall,cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor.Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say "Off Air Meet & Greet" at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.
  • Terminal 5 Meeting Point: Go up the ramp and follow signs into the Short Stay Car park, go under two yellow height barriers and keep to the left hand lane (fast-track) go to the end of the fast track and take a ticket from the furthest barrier, go around to section "R and S" where your chauffeur will collect your car.
  • Terminal 5 Returns Point: Your car will be returned to the same area, Short Stay Car park, Level 4, Section R and S.

It took 2 mintes to book at the very last minute the night before we departed as unfortunately our pre-booked taxi driver let us down. They did everything they claimed on their uncomplicated website and saved us alot of hassle. Extremely easy one call warning 20 minutes before I arrived and it took 1 minute to drop it off. Simple, easy to locate and drop off and perfectly located to the departure check in desks 3 minutes walk away! On my return the car was in exactly the same place where I dropped it off, clean and undamaged, and it took the same time to pick it up and depart. Will never use a taxi for a holiday trip again. Great service many thanks.

The service was efficient and the price very good. However, the care looked like it had been parked in a field and the driver's floor mat was caked in mud - too much to ask that they put something down before they wear their muddy boot in the car?

I had to wait 30 minutes for my car. I was the only person waiting for so long so it was not a traffic issue. It would have been quicker to use the long stay carpark

My phone charger was missing when the car was returned. I did sign to say there were no valuables in the car as there were none - I do not consider a phone charger, a few blankets, a pair of wellies and box of tissues, valuables.You have offered to pay half for a replacement. - 8.50. This is however, most disappointing and trivial, in my opinion - I work in Customer Service for British Airways and do not consider your gesture goodwill. Goodwill would generally retain the customer, but that will not happen with a gesture of 8.50 - a pity, as you would retain my custom for a mere 8.50 more.
