Arrival Procedure
A fully-insured driver will meet you on the departures level, identifying you by your vehicle registration. Be sure to call the car park at the number on your confirmation when you are 15 minutes from your terminal to ensure the chauffeur is waiting for you when you arrive.
Departure Procedure
Once you have collected your luggage, phone the number on your booking confirmation from the baggage claim area and quote your booking reference.

I booked my parking in advance and read all the small print as I'm always paranoid about missing flights. My parter called the designated phone number when we were 15 mins away from the airport (only one of the numbers provided was working - the other wasn't recognised). When we finally got through to someone we were told that our booking was cancelled. The woman on the phone was rude and unelpful, nobody had informed us of this by phone or email and we were left to drive around Heathrow in the early hours trying to find a car park. Thanks to this company's incompetence and terrible customer service we almost missed our flight. Do not use them.

We were 10 mins late so called ahead. Waited about 5 mins on way in.Called on return after picking bags up at 11pm. We were very fast through and waited 10 mins for car. Courteous and helpful staff.

Didn't fully clear the snow of the vehicle. Didn't mention the cracked windscreen. Were late collecting and returning the car.

Was met by a bubbly young lady who helped with luggage. No hassle whatsoever. On return car and driver were waiting. This driver did not offer to help with luggage and watched a middle-aged lady struggle to put two heavy suitcases in car, but as I had not booked or requested a luggage handler that is not a complaint. It would however have been the icing on the cake as overall I was very pleased with the service and value for money. Will definitely use again.
Directions for Meet and Greet location
- For Terminals 1-4: Make your way to the Departure drop-off point, where the car park representative will be awaiting your arrival.
- For Terminal 5: Enter the Terminal 5 Short Term car park and follow signs to the Fast Track entry lane (level 4). Drive to zones L to Q on level 4 and park in the designated area.
