Arrival Procedure
On entry to Heathrow Business Parking Plus, take a ticket from the entry barrier and follow the signs to the open zone indicated.
Departure Procedure
Transfer buses are located outside the terminal on the upper forecourt. Check the bus information panel for details of bus stop number. Please tell the driver where you have parked e.g. Zone 1, bus stop 3. Out of hours, use the phone at the bus stop.
On exiting the car park, present your entry ticket at the customer service office near the exit and quote your booking reference number.
Transfers
Transfers operate on demand, 24 hours a day to Terminal 1 ONLY, taking approximately 3 minutes. Courtesy coaches are not suitable for large items of luggage.

Disabled Facilities
Parking bays for Blue Badge holders are situated near the entrance. Courtesy coaches have wheelchair access.

Mini-buses, commercial vehicles, transit vans and trailers are not permitted.

As i travel fairly frequently both personally and for business, I have experienced most of the parking facilities available and well as the varied levels of service. I have to say that may recent experience with Business Parking Plus has proved extremely positive and definitely worth the additional £'s!

Couldn't fault the staff or transfer service. Facilities were very close to the terminals, hence a very quick transfer time. Well worth the money to avoid hanging around waiting for the coach after a tiring trip. Only downside is that the signs to Business Parking Plus are not particularly abundant once you get onto the airport, or maybe I just couldn't spot them. Otherwise, smooth, efficient and good value with the online discount.

Easy to find. No waiting at either end for transfer vehicle. Would point out that the transfer vehicles are mini-buses and as such are unsuitable for large luggage items. All in all would be happy to recommend.

Fast transfer by comfy mini bus = better than the slow overloaded buses,helpful driver. Best of all was staff = as I left the drivers window down on hot day of arrival and ticket collection and for the week I was away they covered the gap "with coats" to prevent rain damage which I thought was the extra mile. I didn't get lost finding the entrance so much as when you go the wrong way it takes forever to u turn and get back then you get lost-ish. It took me a minute to realise even if it was the wrong car park (as I wasn't 100% sure at 1st) I could take ticket, drive through and pay nothing to exit which is better than making cars behind you reverse!

Was difficult to find. There was no open zone as stated so we parked anywhere. Then we weren't sure if a bus would turn up but fortunately it arrived in 5 minutes. The driver was very helpful and friendly and it was very close to the terminal. On return we followed signs to 'buses' but should have gone to departures. We found the bus eventually. Will be fine next time as know what we are doing. I wasn't sure how secure the park is - there didn't seem to be anyone around. It was good value for money.

Very pleased with reduced transfer times due to not having to wait for buses or then visit every terminal before returning to the car park. Pre-booked so price was good.

Due to the speed of collection at the car park and at the terminal and quick transfer times this proved to be an excellent facilty. Having had to queue for coaches then drop off at another 3 terminals before returning to the coach park this was a welcome change.

A transfer car pulled up immediately when I parked, and there was one waiting directly after my return, so transfers were very quick. I also got my booking wrong (turned up on the wrong day!), and they were very helpful and understanding and didn't charge me for that day. I definitely would use them again.
Directions to Business Plus Parking
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
From the M4:
- Leave the motorway at Junction 4 and take the M4 airport access road, following signs for Terminals 1-3.
- At the roundabout at the end of the M4, take the second exit onto the East ramp, then follow the signs for Business Parking.
- At the Nene Road roundabout, take the third exit.
- At the traffic lights, turn right onto the Northern Perimeter Road.
- You will see the entrance to Park 1 on the right after about 200 yards, but you cannot turn right opposite the entrance. To get into the car park, go straight on and follow the road round to the right.
- Follow the signs to Business Parking through the Newport Road junction and rejoin the Northern Perimeter Road.
- The entrance to Business Park Plus is on the left-hand side after the junction.
From the M25:
- Junction 15: Join the M4 eastbound at Junction 4b and then follow the directions above.
- Junction 14: Follow signs for Terminal 5. At the Terminal 5 roundabout, take the first exit onto the western Perimeter Road. Follow the road round to the right and it will become the Northern Perimeter Road. Follow the signs to Business Parking through the one-way system and the Newport Road junction, then rejoin the Northern Perimeter Road. The entrance to Park 1 is on the left after the junction.
