Good value and easy to use. Directions were a little confusing and I did end up in Business Parking rather than Business Parking Plus

Easy to find. No waiting at either end for transfer vehicle. Would point out that the transfer vehicles are mini-buses and as such are unsuitable for large luggage items. All in all would be happy to recommend.

The return pick up driver was extremely helpful and this was very much appreciated.

Fast transfer by comfy mini bus = better than the slow overloaded buses,helpful driver. Best of all was staff = as I left the drivers window down on hot day of arrival and ticket collection and for the week I was away they covered the gap "with coats" to prevent rain damage which I thought was the extra mile. I didn't get lost finding the entrance so much as when you go the wrong way it takes forever to u turn and get back then you get lost-ish. It took me a minute to realise even if it was the wrong car park (as I wasn't 100% sure at 1st) I could take ticket, drive through and pay nothing to exit which is better than making cars behind you reverse!

Was difficult to find. There was no open zone as stated so we parked anywhere. Then we weren't sure if a bus would turn up but fortunately it arrived in 5 minutes. The driver was very helpful and friendly and it was very close to the terminal. On return we followed signs to 'buses' but should have gone to departures. We found the bus eventually. Will be fine next time as know what we are doing. I wasn't sure how secure the park is - there didn't seem to be anyone around. It was good value for money.

Although the car park was not busy, the service offered was prompt, attentive and efficient. First rate - thank you.

Very pleased with reduced transfer times due to not having to wait for buses or then visit every terminal before returning to the car park. Pre-booked so price was good.

Due to the speed of collection at the car park and at the terminal and quick transfer times this proved to be an excellent facilty. Having had to queue for coaches then drop off at another 3 terminals before returning to the coach park this was a welcome change.
