The car park charges a no-show fee of £25.00 for non-arrivals and cancellations made within one hour of the pre-booked meet time.

We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map.

  • Terminal 1: Drive up ramp to departures in the left lane. Follow road round to left down on to the lower section. The chauffeur will meet you in this area.
  • Terminal 2: Drive to furthest lane away from the departure building.
  • Terminal 3: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building.
  • Terminal 4: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building.
  • Terminal 5: Drive up the ramp towards Departures, bearing right at the sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm and keep left, following the sign for "Fast Track". At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay). Once inside, follow the arrows on the road to "Row L", where Purple Parking's chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket.

We were slightly early and had to wait a few minutes when first dropping off the car. However, we then realised we had left a bag with our passports at a service station, and had to dash back to retrieve them. We were then one and a quarter hours later than planned and in danger of missing the flight. We rang the contact number asking them to make sure there was someone there to take the car as soon as we arrived back at terminal 3. There was some one waiting when we arrived, and we managed to catch the flight. On our return to Heathrow, we rang as soon as we left the aircraft, and the car was ready and waiting for us when we cleared customs, even though they had had 5 inches of snow where the car was stored. Very impressed, and would certainy use their friendly and helpful service again.

On return I had to wait too long for my car - and it is freezing cold at the pickup point. A colleague booked meet and greet using Happy Days - he called after me and his car was waiting for him when he got to the pickup point. We waited a further 20 minutes for mine! There is no point in paying for meet and greet if you have to hang around waiting for your car. The form says you have to call once you have your bags - really it should be when you land as that gives you time to get the car there.

Overall great my only very slight concern was the car looked like it had been parked in a field, lots of mud around the wheels and lower bodywork but thats just being picky ! The key point is they were on time each way, there was no extra miles on the car, there was no damage and the guys were great.

Drivers were waiting for drop off and collection even tho we were 30 and 45 mins early arriving and departing. The process was easy to follow and it was great to have a warm car waiting when we got home. Much cheaper than parking at the airport!

This is the second time I've used Budget Meet & Greet after a no complaints service first time around. Yet again everything ran very smoothly, the staff were punctual and friendly, and it is, without doubt, the best way to park at Heathrow.

As the name suggests it was so simple and the chauffeur was ready waiting to collect our car when we arrived. The return journey the chauffeur was outside with our car. Cannot fault them. Would use them again in the future.
