I always park long term parking on the offical airport parking sites, its convient, secure and leaves with total peace of mind while your away

The signposting for the car park could be slightly further up the road when approaching, I was in the wrong lane and had to drive all the way around the oneway system to get back to the entrance. Other than that, exactly what I would expect, punctual clean and efficient transfers combined with well-lit, reasonably spaced car parking slots. I'll use it again next time I'm leaving from T5

Entering and exiting the car park all worked perfectly. The car park was a little further from the terminal than I was expecting, but buses were frequent and it was a very quick transfer - I was perhaps expecting too much! Would be very happy to use again.

I booked a half day period of parking at Terminal 5 Heathrow Long Stay Car Park, as I was travelling into London from Bristol for a business matter. The location of the car park and frequency of busses to the terminal is perfect allowing anyone access to the underground or other train / transport services into central London. The price is also very reasonable in view of this. I will definately use the car park again.

It was very simple. In fact it was fool proof. We were sat in terminal 5 ten minutes after entering the car park. No problems whatsoever and I would recommend this car park.

From arriving at the Long Stay Car-Park to getting to the Terminal Building, the experience was brilliant. This was my first time to Heathrow and I was quite daunted at the prospect but thanks to the directions provided and the hassle free transfer, it was a lovely experience. thank you. we will definately use your company again.

Did have a problem with ticket in that i had to call for assistance and was initailly told i was in wrong car park which want the case. Also,wait for transfer from T5 to car park was longer than expected. these were minor issues though and found the whole experience very easy and excellent value

Like the Business Parking for Terms 1,2 & 3, I would quite like to have had guidance on entry where the empty parking slots existed. This didn't exist on the T5 long term parking, so I had to drive around to find empty slots when time can sometimes be short. I thought that the on-line pricing was a little high compared with the Term 1,2 & 3 Business Parking, based on the fact that it was offering a simialr service. Apart from the above, the parking experience was good.
