- Families welcome. Both Servisair Lounges and the Holideck Lounge welcome children of all ages.
- Check your departure terminal. Each lounge offers similar services, but ensure you know which one will serve your flight's departure terminal. If you aren't sure, please contact your airline for this information before booking your stay. Heathrow lounges are only available for passengers booked on International flights.
- Airside Lounges in Heathrow. Airside means that you must be in possession of a valid boarding card and pass through airport security in order to access any of the lounges. Heathrow Lounges are not available to visitors of the airport who are not flying.
- What's available. If you're not sure if a particular executive lounge at Heathrow will let you bring along your baby or toddler, don't worry. Just complete our search form, choosing the number of guests in each age group, and we'll only show you the lounges available that welcome those ages.
We do not currently provide pre-booking for lounges at Heathrow Terminal 5, although they are available upon your arrival. In addition to airport lounges at Heathrow we also offer Gatwick Airport Lounges, the Luton Airport Lounge and the Stansted Airport Lounge.
