Easy to find. Simple instructions on where to park. A fast transfer to the Terminals at Heathrow. On return, I telephoned PP from the baggage reclaim and the transfer bus was just pulling up when we got to the bus stop. Transfer bus dropped us off at our car and up and away. No problems and no complaints.

On arrival we were greeted by name, directed to the parking area and a transfer bus was waiting to take us immediately to our terminal at Heathrow. Fantastic service. On our return a bus was waiting for us at the appropriate stop outside the terminal building and we were rapidly reunited with our car.

Efficient service and knowing that your car is safe in the secured compound you can leave it with a peace of mind.

All went smoothly from dropping the car off to driving home afterward. No complaints from me.

Parking site easy to find from details provided by PP and service to and from terminal 5 fast and efficient. Would use again if flying from London Heathrow.

Overall the service is good value for money. The staff are polite, friendly and efficient, and there is a minimum of fuss. My only quibble - and it is a minor one - is that I would have liked the bus to collect us a bit more quickly after I rang for it on our return to Heathrow. It felt like we waited twenty minutes for this, and we were rather tired after a long journey. Apart from this, everything was very straightforward.

I have used purple parking before and always found them the same as pleasant accomadating and very efficiantand very helpfull if i have had a queery over any thing. Ihave always recomended them to all my friends and clients and all have been as pleased as myself

Everything went vey well, no hassel and a pleasant experience from the start until the end.

Everything was as expected considering that we were leaving very early in the morning and coming back very late at night. Thankyou.

As we arrived home early in the morning and were travelling with a small child, it was well worth the extra money to be met at the airport with our car.
