Took over an hour to get the shuttle to pick my boys and I up upon our return from an international flight. Bad wy to end a trip

Used Purple Parking on 25th May for 5 days. When we arrived and dropped off the car this was pretty straight forward. Where we had to wait for the transfer bus and the bins where over flowing with rubbish making the waiting area very untidy and dirty. Bus got us to the airport no issues. On return we called as soon as we stepped off the plane as instructed and made our way to collect our bags. Waited 20 mins for the first bus to turn up. We then had to wait for the next bus as there where to many people waiting and the bus was to small to accommodate everyone even though, everyone had said they had called, so they must of had an idea of how many people they were coming to pick up! Had to wait another 10 mins for the next bus which we wasn't impressed with as we did call as soon as we got off the plane. struggled to lift my cases in to the van as the driver stood and watched. He then told my husband not to stack the bags in a certain way so had to move the heavy suite cases around while he also advised notto bang his head!! I did wonder why he could not of help considering her wanted the bag to be stalled a certain way!! Doubt I would use them again, I would prefer to pay the extra and park nearer to avoid waiting around for half an hour

Parking situated miles away from Terminal 2. I personally will not choose this parking again as it is too far from Terminal and the actual parking area is full of potholes, which can as well ruin your suspensions

On arriving back in UK after 24hrs travel we contacted Purple Parking. We were told to go the bus stop and we would be collected. As we approuched the bus stop the bus pulled up, and then drove off. Leaving us behind. We contacted Purple Parking and another bus was sent to collect us. Not best way to finnish your trip.

It certainly did not take 15 minutes for the transfer. There wasn't a bus waiting for us when we came out, despite calling when we landed as requested. Had to wait in the cold for 20 mins. When the driver eventually arrived, he waited around for a further 10 mins though nobody else came out. When the bus pulled away, the driver pulled over at the side of the road to faff about with the tickets we'd just handed him. I would pay extra for a taxi in future rather than park, or alternatively park onsite at the airport even though it is more expensive.

Traffic is Hayes is awful. Transfer took 45mins in evening traffic. I was expecting 15mins from web site. Also we live to the east of Heathrow. Purple Parking is to the west so had to drive past Heathrow to get there and through loads more traffic. Bad location if you are coming clockwise round M25. Would have been better paying a little extra for on site airport parking or opting for a meet and greet service.

The directions to find the car park were easy to follow. The check in was handled efficiently and we were transferred promptly. On our return we were picked up as soon as we arrived outside where the bus stops are located. I liked the fact the luggage went into a separate compartment and the passengers don't have to take them inside the bus. Thank you, we will look at Purple Parking next time we need airport parking.

Having used this car park many times, I find it very straight-forward and would not use a different one as it gives really good value for money and I have never experienced any problems whatsoever.

My first experience of using purple parking, they were very organised and the transfer was reasonably punctual. Each step was made very clear and we had clear instructions on our return, which were easy to follow. We got dropped back to our vehicle and I was very happy with the service. Slight delay getting back into the parking lot as there was a long queue which was delayed by a faulty sensor. Apart from that, very happy with the service and would use it again!
