Easy check-in system; only downside was that we'd just missed a transfer and so waited on the bus for the next. It was less than 10 minutes, though. Coming back, the bus was waiting at the stop to meet us. The keys were returned to us on arrival and the car was right there. Very slick operation. We would certainly use them again.

Very pleased with the service overall, and would definitely recommend to others. Staff were all very efficient, from the telephone operators to car park staff and minibus driver.

Very efficient system and good value for money. Our return driver just stood there whistling with his hands in his pockets watching my partner struggling to put his luggage on the van. He did'nt speak only to put his head in the van and say "tickets". We had just returned from USA so quite a contrast from the customer service we'd had over there for the last couple of weeks.

Good facilities, great cost/value, bad mood and plain attitute in most of drivers to customers, and not talking only to me... I saw it to other customers in the van. It will be good to have a smile from them when you leave/arrive the town... let's remember employee are the "face" of a company. (i.e. Last driver who picked me up on Sunday, was doing a really great job... and smiling all time... well done!)

Quick booking in upon arrival, no delays in transfer to and from airport. I always use Purple Parking when flying from Heathrow and have never had a problem always efficient and good value.

Pleased with this although not my first time using this facility. Both visits have been efficient and value for money

The charges were competitive and fair. The service on arrival, including transfer to the terminal, was efficient and timely. But on return we had to wait 30 minutes for a pick-up, and on arrival at the parking area the driver left everyone to search for, and unload, their own luggage from the trailer, which was almost full of suitcases. This did not make a good impression.

Overall very convenient parking, quick transfers to and from terminal. The bad side is that transfer buses are very smelly and shabby. Other sad point - staff driving your car to/from main storage consider all cars as rally cars and drive them in the parking at insane high speed. You can hear engine revving and wheels screeching all the way you are in the parking.
