Staff helpful, premises clean and car secure.Prices are also reasonable.

The check-in operation was very efficient and the transport to and collection fom the airport worked out well.

Rolled up, parked and transferred to the terminal with no problems - the same on the return. Perfect service and would recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free park & transfer option.

The only problem was the wait atthe airport to be collected. After travelling for 31 hours we didn't want to wait 30 mins for the transfer mini bus

Very friendly welcome, quick transfer to airport and helpful. Only critism was we had to wait much longer than normal Purple Parking for our transfer back from the airport.

Staff friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to drop us off at hotel on the way to T5 - Otherwise we would have had to go to T5 and make our way back to the hotel for and overnight stay before a very early start.

This is the second time I have used this service and the second time I have been hugely disappointed! I waited for 35 mins for a shuttle on my return. The driver when he arrived started cross questioning who had been first in line as the mini bus could only take 6. There were easily more than 6 who had been waiting for a while and the driver was rude. Not the service I would expect as the price is steep. I would think twice about parking there again.

We booked a bus transfer to Terminal 5 which proved to be very quick. The driver was very polite and friendly. On our return we paid for Meet and Greet because I had to be at a meeting in Lincoln within a few hours. This is a briiliant service and I shall use it again because it saved me quite some time. I would not have made my meeting without it! I highly recommend Purple Parking.

Fast pickup from carpark and easy drive to terminal 1 spoilt only by surly driver ( zero social skills). Upon return, followed directions as instructed but PP desk actually behind the obvious desk and somevway down the parking bay. Overall, satisfactory though and worth the price.

Arrival was very efficient but the collection on my return was sadly lacking!!

Over 12 mins wait for transfer to airport but very prompt on return. Well organised and efficient.

It took 45 min from phoneing for the bus to getting dropped off at my car on my return during a time when the airport and roads were not busy. This is not what I expect from a "Business" service and am unlikely to use them again.

Speedy efficient reception and collection with prompt transfers. Recommended. Would use again.

Frequent minibuses with trailors for your luggage ensure timely transfers and no problem with large amounts of luggage, though be prepared to give a hand in loading and unloading your baggage if you appear fit.

Easy to book on line, instructions to find the place adequate for my needs. Very efficient service with the usual British grumpy staff not hindering it in any way. I will recommend to others and would not hesitate to use again.

Arrived at the car park and sorted and on the way to the terminal 3 within 10 mins! Slight delay on pick up from bus stop 22 on return but no drama really .. would certainly use again! !!

This was the first time that I had used Purple Parking Business and the service proved to be first rate. Check in and transfer to the departure terminal was efficient and very speedy. On my return to Heathrow I made the required phone call and the pick up bus arrived in about 5 minutes, took me back to the parking area where my car was lined up awaiting collection. Could maybe find a cheaper parking option but would not get a better service.
