When I dropped off my car the chauffeur was very insistent to tell me to call as soon as I got off the plane so that my car would be waiting for me when I arrived outside even though I would have to wait for my hold luggage. I did exactly as told and was outside 25 minutes later. My business colleagues, who had booked with different valet companies, had their cars returned within 2 minutes of arriving at the collection area. I had to wait a further 20 minutes in the dark at 10.30pm and when the chauffered arrived he virtually threw the keys at me, said "Sorry about that" and walked off, he certainly did not seem to care!! A redeeming aspect of the situation was the customer service advisor emailed me the following day with a sincere apology and compensation. I would definitely think twice about using this company again but am assured it is a very unusual circumstance so may be worth a try.

Purple parking meet and greet has always exceeded my expectations . The service just works perfectly and makes the experience of arriving and departing an airport a pleasure.

This company were recommended to me by a relative,I was a bit weary as I had never flown long haul before. We were greeted by a chap at the designated area as arranged twenty minuets before arrival our car was taken and we were inside the terminal building in less than five minuets.we were also given a. Receipt with a contact number for our return journey , on our arrival back in the uk I rang the number supplied whilst in the passport control area by the time we had reclaimed our baggage and passed through the terminal our car was waiting in the same bay as we left it and we were underway as soon as we loaded our bags aboard.After recording the mileage on my vehicle I was pleased to see that there were only 12 extra miles on the clock from when I had left it before our trip.The company we dealt with was purple parking and on my personal opinion I would recommend these to anyone excellent service and worth every penny...THANKS!!!!

On time, polite staff, minimal hold up which is just what you want in the early am when you've arrived on the "red eye" We will book through you again.

The booking was easy. Gosimply sent a reminder email a couple of days before we left. We called and the person was waiting for us to collect the car. Upon return we called and the car arrived as we got to the pick up point. Everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend the service to all people flying out of Heathrow. Absolutly Excellent!

Never again will we go through the hassle of finding a parking space & lugging cases onto a bus, when for very little more you can pull up outside departures, hand your key to someone and know that they'll be there with your car when you return from holiday. The only slight negative is the timing - you have to give them your arrival time when you make the on-line booking. As we were driving to Heathrow from Cornwall, we gave ourselves an extra couple of hours to allow for accidents, roadworks etc, and when I rang the Meet & Greet number as instructed 30 minutes before we arrived at the airport, the lady on the phone seemed quite miffed that we were almost an hour early. Even so, we only had to wait 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. With hindsight, maybe we should have phoned them earlier to say we were ahead of time? But overall, a brilliant, value-for-money service.

Excellent service. Both drivers we had were very friendly and helpful. They were both very punctual and we had no waiting around. Would definately use again.

I had to wait for over 40 minutes to get my car on the return which is not great however I would add this is the first time this has ever hapened.
