Could not be easier, they are there to take the car when I get to the airport and it is there for me when I get back. Takes no time and no effort.

The online booking process was very easy and hassle free. When we arrived at the airport the parking instructions were easy to follow and the staff very friendly and helpful. I will use them again and have already recommended the service to family and friends.

Make sure customers are made aware of the correct Terminal 1 Short Stay Car Park - if you go up the ramp it's the wrong one! The car was quite a bit dustier when I collected it.

As always Purple Parking are efficient. Exactly the the service you expect when booking meet & greet, five stars.

with the instruction you wrote the word "row" in capital letters, so I thought it was an appriviation, which I did not understand. Finally I was with purple parking. A head up call is not necessary because they are on site. This is very comfortable. Signs at the airport to be directed would help. Otherwise I like the meet and greet service a lot and prefer it to the offsite parking. Michael

the parking area at Terminal 5 would not be easy to find, but the directions given made it problem free. it was good to leave the car so close to the terminal building.

as explained we arrived early,and when we have used other meet and greet if you arrive early (I have a drive of approx 3 hours) you can not always leave your car until the alloted time

Worked a treat - the phone lines were a little busy when calling to confirm our arrival but on arrival our car was met and on return, delivered on time and with courtesy. Friends we were travelling with were very impressed and I'm sure will use the service in future.

We missed the sharp lefthand turnoff in the underground car park - had to go around the airport again to find it so it cost us £2.90 just to do that! No signs for this parking visible but when we finally located them, staff very good and courteous. A great service although we were surprised to see our car had done a 30 miles round trip for parking! Would def. use again, it was worth the expense.

Leaving and collecting car under cover in car park is a definite plus over meeting a driver in the road. At the start and finish of a long trip, these arrangements are important and we were not disappointed.

No complaints, all went according to plan, both when we dropped the car off and when we picked it up. We will definitely use them again.

Can't complain in any way shape or form. The chap that met us was very polite and then the car was there when we arrived back. All good.

Despite my flight being some 15 minutes late to land back into LHR, I arrived at Purple Parking to find a queue of people all bemoaning the late arrival of their cars. When I enquired I was told that mine had just left and would be another 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later and it arrived. I have used Purple Parking Meet & Greet in the past and had no problems - a one off bad day?

Purple parking is great value for money and makes travelling so much easier. I would 100% recommend to others.

The whole process of arriving and parking at the airport becomes as quick, simple and smooth as it can possibly be. I'm not sure if the price we got was discounted but it was excellent value for money, particularly as it went exactly according to plan and minimised the fuss, time and bother often associated with airport parking

In our excitement at going on holiday we arrived at the airport an hour earlier than originally planned. As soon as we realised we were going to be early we called and the driver was there waiting to meet us. The handover process both at drop off and pick up was painless. The car was returned in the same condition that we left it. It would be have been nice if they had cleaned it but I guess that wasn't part of the contract :)
