The car was picked up immediately when I arrived. I was asked if I'd done this before and I replied that I had and that was it. I handed over the keys in less than a minute. Upon arrival I phoned up and was greeted with a pre-recorded message saying that my car would be in the car park. I got my keys and the parking card and again was off in less than a minute. This service is great!

We have used a more expensive valet service from another provider previously but found National Meet and Greet just as convenient at a much more competitive price. We have already booked for our next trip at the end of the month. Recommended.

we have used purple parking meet and greet on a number of occasions now and the service we have received each time has been fantastic. Would definitely recommend this service as the only one to use.

it was just great to walk of my flight from New York straight to my car and go home.

We arrived at the drop-off point and a man with clipboard approached us instantly; we just handed over the keys and walked away. On our return we phoned as soon as we had landed (as instructed) and were told that our car was already on its way, and sure enough - there it was when we went to pick it up. Such an easy process; in all truth we couldn't fault it.

Used the nest and greet service at Heathrow a few times now and it's always been excellent. Lovely to just get in your car and get back on the road to home as quickly as possible. Would recommend family and friends to use purple parking.

We arrived earlier than anticipated at the airport and after phoning with our revised eta were met by a very pleasant driver. On our return to Heathrow we were delayed about 1 hr at immigration - our car was waiting where we were told it would be and once again the driver could not have been more pleasant - despite his long wait for us. We would certainly use this Meet and Greet service again.

Driver was waiting for me on departure and no problems back on arrival, even though I was delayed about 40 minutes through passport control. A fraction of the cost of the airport's own meet and greet service and excellent value for money.

The staff coped well with us arriving earlier than planned, and were polite and helpful at both ends of the journey. I have already recommended them to others, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Arrived at T1 Heathrow for a domestic flight, and had to wait 15mins for a driver, on my eturn I had to wait over an hour late at night.

Really a very professional ,efficient friendly service -no waiting around as we had rather expected and very courteous pleasant staff .Thank you -we'll definitely use you again!

I can't fault it - economy price perhaps, but definitely all the meet and greet I could have asked for. Would definitely consider again.

When ringing on the morning of our departure the operator had no details of our car or terminal number. The team at terminal 5 had minimal details (name only) and said it was unusual not to have all the details of the car etc. on their sheet. It wasn't a problem and they booked the car in quickly and assisted with unloading. On our return all was fine and the car was waiting for us as promised at Terminal 3 despite us ringing from baggage reclaim only 10 minutes earlier.

Would recommend to friends. Vehicle in same condition as when we left it with Purple Parking driver at Heathrow. Driver was on time collecting and returning vehilcle.

When I dropped off my car the chauffeur was very insistent to tell me to call as soon as I got off the plane so that my car would be waiting for me when I arrived outside even though I would have to wait for my hold luggage. I did exactly as told and was outside 25 minutes later. My business colleagues, who had booked with different valet companies, had their cars returned within 2 minutes of arriving at the collection area. I had to wait a further 20 minutes in the dark at 10.30pm and when the chauffered arrived he virtually threw the keys at me, said "Sorry about that" and walked off, he certainly did not seem to care!! A redeeming aspect of the situation was the customer service advisor emailed me the following day with a sincere apology and compensation. I would definitely think twice about using this company again but am assured it is a very unusual circumstance so may be worth a try.

Purple parking meet and greet has always exceeded my expectations . The service just works perfectly and makes the experience of arriving and departing an airport a pleasure.

This company were recommended to me by a relative,I was a bit weary as I had never flown long haul before. We were greeted by a chap at the designated area as arranged twenty minuets before arrival our car was taken and we were inside the terminal building in less than five minuets.we were also given a. Receipt with a contact number for our return journey , on our arrival back in the uk I rang the number supplied whilst in the passport control area by the time we had reclaimed our baggage and passed through the terminal our car was waiting in the same bay as we left it and we were underway as soon as we loaded our bags aboard.After recording the mileage on my vehicle I was pleased to see that there were only 12 extra miles on the clock from when I had left it before our trip.The company we dealt with was purple parking and on my personal opinion I would recommend these to anyone excellent service and worth every penny...THANKS!!!!
