The car was waiting on my arrival - but locked up and the driver had gone away to fetch another car and taken my key - so I had to wait 10 minutes. Still quicker than getting a bus to the car park though.

On arrival we had a call from them - we could not understand the person on the other end of the telephone ! We drove to departures at Terminal One and after 5 minutes wait the driver found us. On arrival back we telephoned the number given once we were in the baggage hall. They said they would be 10 to 15 minutes and to go to the second level outside the Termial building which we did. Some five minutes later we had a call from them saying they had picked up the wrong car and had to go back! After further calls they eventually arrived twenty five minutes late. There was no apology from the driver. Once we got into the car we checked the milage and found that the journey from where they park the car was only six miles away - it was 10.00 approx on a Sunday evening - there were no traffic james. DO NOT USE this company - pay a little more and get the meet and greet service you want. We use meet and greet at Stansted on a regular basis and have never had to wait - our car has been followed in to the airport and is always there when we come out of the terminal.

Drop off was fine, however on return I called to be told car would be with me in 10 minutes, after waiting outside the terminal, on what was luckily a very warm and pleasant afternoon, for 30 minutes, there was still no car. Called Edward Lloyed again, who said the car should be with me and they would call the driver. After a few minutes I got a call, saying the driver had been stuck behind an accident, my car was on its way and would be 5 minutes. 15 Minutes later my car arrived. The point of these services is that you do not have to mess about with car park transfers and waiting around. A wait of over 45 minutes is unacceptable. Accidents happen, but given the time taken, I am sure my car had not left the car park when I called after 30 Mins! Will not use again.

the 2nd time i have used edward lloyd and as a frequent traveller to europe it will now become my first port of call so easy so simple and a genuine pleasure to deal with friendly and very professional you really cannot go wrong.

When I arrived at T3 to drop off my car the Edward Lloyd rep was waiting for me. At the end of my trip Edward Lloyd phoned me when I was at baggage reclaim to ask if I was ready to receive my car. By the time I got outside my car was just pulling up ready for me. An excellent and very polite service.

Easy to book. Remember to ring ahead to confirm ETA. Meet, unload, holiday hear we come. Coming back was just as easy. No hassle even with late arrivals. Completely recommend.

We have used various options before including park & ride, park and greet and meet and greet. This is by far the best company we have used for meet and greet. Last year following the unexpected cancellation of flights with the 'ash cloud' incident Edward Lloyd were the only company that did not try and make a fast buck on our behalf! A definite yes and wi use again.

Phoned before I arrived. Were ready to take my car as I arrived. On my return they phoned whilst I was in baggage and my car was waiting for me as soon as I left the airport. Brilliant ....
