ESCAPE LOUNGE - AM serves Terminal 2. Airside - proceed through Security Checks and the Duty Free Area. Turn left and pass 'The Real Food Company' to the stairs located opposite Gate 208. Take the stairs up to where the Lounge is located. Lift access is also available to the Lounge opposite Gate 209.

We've been to lounges before, but this was by far the worst I've visited, it was cramped with too many people in - I half expected some hot food in the morning ie: some bacon or eggs on a hotplate would have been easy to accommodate. It's not everybodys intent just to get drunk before a flight - we book the lounge as it is usually relaxing before a flight, but we actually left this lounge very disappointed, hungry and not relaxed. This will be one lounge that I will avoid in the future - it would have been easier and cheaper to go and get a full English breakfast from the airport restaurants.

Quite a good start to our holiday but I wouldn't use it later in the day as it is too small for the number of customers. Could do with loos on the spot. Staff were helpful.

What a great way to start your holiday! No hustle and bustle trying to fill time in the duty free shops, just sit back relax and take in the atmosphere in the escape lounge, great selection of snacks and drinks, and even better hot toast at breakfast time!! I will be definaltey using this service again, I can't rate it high enough.

Didn't rate this lounge as value for money. The room was dull with few windows. The range of food was extremely disappointing. The toast was cold and dried up like crispbreads and it would have been nice to be offered at least a bacon/sausage sandwich as it was breakfast time. Overall we found it a disappointing start to our holiday.

The escape lounge lived up to its name. We spent about 2.5 hours before our long haul flight relaxing away from the crowds. We were able to have a good breakfast of cereal, fruit and yoghurt and toast and later had some of the snacks on offer. The TV news, newspapers and magazines allowed us to catch up on the news and gossip. When our flight was ready to board there was an announcement in the lounge which allowed us to get straight onto our plane feeling relaxed and ready to face our long flight. We will definately be using escape lounge again.

the lounge was nice, if a little small but peaceful and relaxing, more choice of food would be nice, good choice of drinks alcohol and non, lots of snacks, newspapers, comfortable seating, would def use again.

Excellent service on arrival - as it was busy we were found seats by a very helpful lady. Could have more choice of food though - have used the servisair and was superior, although value for money was pretty good in escape. Will be excellent once they make it like terminal 1.
