ESCAPE LOUNGE - AM serves Terminal 2. Airside - proceed through Security Checks and the Duty Free Area. Turn left and pass 'Spinning Jenny' to the stairs located opposite Gate 208. Take the stairs up to where the lounge is located. Lift access is also available to the lounge opposite Gate 209.

Only ticketed passengers are allowed access to the lounge, and it is the responsibility of guests to ensure they leave in time to catch their flights. The dress code at the Escape lounge is smart/casual (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts). Food and alcoholic drinks on the Premium upgrade menu, in addition to telephone calls, are subject to payment.

a relaxed and comfortable way to start the holiday in the quiet of the Escape Lounge, the snacks and sandwiches provided are nice and fresh and always topped up, there is a reasonable selection of drinks including beer & wine to choose from, plus free wifi, I would use the lounge again

Great way to pass the time while waiting on your flight departure. Food, drink and service were good and more peaceful than sitting around airport.

The lounge was ok however the food was rubbish compared to the other lounge where they had a lot more selection and hot food bacon sandwiches etc

Reception staff were polite and courteous Very small lounge, very poor standard in way of feeling comfortable, just a very poor atmosphere. How many nuts and cake can you eat for £17.00 per head, wouldn't book this lounge again, sorry!

great selection of drinks and hot and cold food.. good value for money, an alcoholic beverage downstairs was £5, a sandwich more... a very good start to the trip...

It was the first time i have used this lounge and I waS disapointed. I much prefer the Bolin lounge which provides a greater assortment of snacks and drinks in a comfortable environment. While the escape lounge was adequate, it was just not as good as the Bolin.

We arrived 15 minutes early which was pointed out to us in no uncertain terms. We were told the time that we had to vacate, not a very good welcome!

The Escape Lounge is a quiet oasis in the middle of normal airport madness. If I had to make a small criticism it would be that the breakfast buffet was not well managed.It took 20 minutes to find someone to replenish the toast and I would have preferred to see it covered rather than open to the elements. Other than that I would say that this is definitely the way to start your holiday if you value peace and quiet.
