Escape Lounge AM serves Terminal 1. Airside - proceed through Security Checks and the Duty Free Area. Follow signs 'Premium Lounges' along the walkway past 'Dixons' and take the stairs or elevator to the Executive Lounge Level where the lounge is located.

This lounge is very poor value for money, only porridge as a hot choice, no bacon rolls or any other hot choice. This facility is not worth the money requested, not a great facility, disappointing.

My family & I have used the lounge on several occasion. It's excellent value for you money. We have introduced our friends to the lounge and now they book each time they are traveling. It's comfortable surrounding, warm welcoming from staff and food quality & quantity make it a great time to anyone's holiday.

Full credit to the two ladies on the front desk who were excellent in there polietness, help and conduct especially as our flight was delayed by 3 1/2 hours. Once again a perfect way to start an holiday with a long haul trip in front of you. Well done to all the staff on the day concerned for making our stay a really enjoyable experience.

overall it was a pleasant way to start the holiday, my only complaint was shortage of toilet facilities, perhaps it was the time of day but they were always busy. I would recommend this way to start your holiday.

Good way to start a holiday! Comfortable and relaxing seating and atmosphere with the added bonus of drinks and pastries etc. Staff serving behind bar could be a little more attentive instead of standing around chatting amongst themselves!

We arrived very early morning, receptionist was very good, although we have used several times we found the hot food to be very poor. Their were young children running around. Would look at other lounges next time.

When we arrived, helpful staff explained where things were, as it was our first time. We had a tasty bacon/ sausage barm & as much coffee as we wanted. Free to come & go to duty free, we then sat back & read the papers. I would not hesitate to reccomend as we also got fast track through security, & all in all it was a great start to our holiday.
