Drive directly to the Aberdeen Airpark arrivals area and park your vehicle. Check-in at reception with your booking confirmation and return flight details. Hand over car keys to be tagged and then board the courtesy coach transfer.
Departure Procedure
Bus will meet you at the airport at the same location as the drop off point, you will be taken back to your car in the departure area via the FREE Aberdeen airport parking transport.

Directions to Aberdeen Airpark
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
From the North A96 - Inverness:
- Follow the A96 to the Airport roundabout, which is the last roundabout before reaching the outskirts of Aberdeen and is clearly signposted for the airport.
- Turn left at the roundabout and go straight on through four separate sets of traffic lights
- After the fourth set of traffic lights, continue for approximately 50 yards, then turn left onto the road signposted Cairn Industrial Park and follow "FOR ALL DIRECTIONS" below.
From the South A96 - Aberdeen:
- Follow the main road through Aberdeen to Bucksburn and to the first main roundabout after leaving the city, which is clearly signposted for the airport.
- Turn right at the roundabout and go straight on through four separate sets of traffic lights.
- After the fourth set of traffic lights, continue for approximately 50 yards, then turn left onto the road signposted Cairn Industrial Park and follow "FOR ALL DIRECTIONS" below.
From A947 - Banff/Oldmeldrum:
- Before reaching Dyce, but after passing below the new cycle track bridge, or if coming the back road from Balmedie (B977) and joining the A947 just past the bridge, drive over the river Don to just past the 'Welcome to the City of Aberdeen' sign and turn right.
- Follow this road for 1 mile, passing a caravan park on your left.
- Carry on over the bridge past signposts for Kinaldie and Overton.
- Just before the lights, turn right, marked Cairn Industrial Park and follow "FOR ALL DIRECTIONS" below.
FOR ALL DIRECTIONS:
- After turning into Cairn Industrial Park, drive straight up this road for 0.5 miles, then bear left at the top in front of two houses.
- Continue for a further 100 yards, turn right and Aberdeen Airpark is in front of you on the left.

Not happy. I went through your website, filled in all the details (BCP) and then the website came back with a message that the site was not available. I was short of time and booked with another provider (airport parking). i now find that I have had the cost of parking deducted twice. Can you help? Regards Noel kelly
Have used this company a few times now. Tip for someone that has not been before, don't put the post code into your GPS. It takes you on a mystery tour. Use their directions!
We found the staff friendly & enthusiastic and were impressed by the way the car was made ready for our return despite several inches of snow and sub-zero temperatures.
The friendliest of staff Even offered a sweetie !!!! Same young lad there on return nad he carried my bag to the car!!! Exceptional

I've used the Airpark at Aberdeen for quite a few trips lasting longer than a few days. I haven't been disappointed yet. I do have to start off a little earlier than when I'm using the short-stay airport carpark, but all I've had to do when I arrive at the Airpark is to hand over my keys & get into their minibus. Each time, it has been ready to take me &/or others to the airport. And each time, the minibus had been at the airport within about 3 minutes of me arriving at their Stop.
REally good service, car was ready to pick up on arrival which was great with 2 infants to get home!
when we come out of the airport the coach was there and when we got to the park the car was ready with engine running and the boot was open all ready to put in the suitcases we were delighted regards angus wood
It was indeed a painless experience - follow the instruction and it really is 5 mins to the airport as the driver uses other routes to avoid traffic. May be a bit longer on weekday. Will definitely use again as the last taxi cost me so much money which spoilt a very nice holiday - well a wee bit!
I do prefer to leave my car at Airpark because it's cheaper than the other car park of the Aberdeen airport, also it's safe and the transport is quick to the airport even when the plane arrives late. When I return I have my car ready and there's no need for me to look for it. I'm happy with all this and I'll always use the Airpark when needed. Many thanks!

This is the first time I have used airpark but would definitely do so again as it is convenient and hassle-free.
Instructions to get to Airpark were spot on. Our luggage was placed in a minibus by staff as we arrived and after a brief welcoming visit at the office we were on our way in a few minutes. The driver was friendly and we were deposited at the airport in no time. On our return a minibus was waiting and the driver greeted us by name. Return to Airpark was immediate and our car was waiting ready for us to go immediately. We thanked the staff for first class service. Airpark is cheaper and better than a taxi to and from Aberdeen and certainly from Aberdeenshire.
No complaints. Friendly, efficient staff and prompt delivery to and from the airport. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
Because the staff were so friendly, quick and efficient, I had plenty of time to get my flight, making it so much more enjoyable than having to rush. On my return, the bus had my name and flight time and waited for me they radioed ahead and my car was parked at the gate ready to go with no paperwork to hold me up. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely use the service again.
My wife and I were delighted with the standard of speedy and very efficient service we received at both departure and arrival times at Airpark. We shall certainly be using the facility again.
We had a slight problem finding the airpark,but once there we found the staff very polite and helpful. The transfer bus was waiting and took us straight to the airport without delay. When we returned the bus was waiting at the airport and took us straight back.We were very impressed with the service and found it good value for money.
