Directions were spot on, I was attended to as soon as I entered the office by a friendly staff member and the mini bus was waiting to take us to the airport. What more could you ask?

Fast, professional and friendly staff. 1st time i've used this parking service, but i'll be back time and again.

Easy to locate Airpark, minimal formalities before short transfer to terminal. Waiting for us outside terminal, no formalities to complete before getting into our car which was engine running, tailgate open. All in all, very good service at Aberdeen.

the return flight was slightly delayed but when we went to the pick up zone,the airpark bus was waiting tust for us.brilliant.

When we arrived a full coach was just leaving for the airport. The coach expected back within a few minutes was delayed. As our check in deadline was only 15 minutes away an additional coach was brought down from the top car park to ensure we made it to check in on time. Thank you.

This was my first experience of using this type of service and it really was excellent. Nice and easy when dropping off the car, punctual drop off to the airport and they were there waiting when we returned and our car ready to go when we got back to their premises the car was there ready to go. Would definitely use them again.

On arrival, they were expecting me... issued with a card coudl relax about my car and keys friendly lady who drove the bus down to the airport it was great thanks again

The service is great but when you arrive there is no one available to direct and inform. Around 2years ago there was someone fulfilling this function which made it easier upon arrival. This is very important as, in our case, we were 'told off' for parking our car in the wrong place. The person administering the 'telling off' was doing so from the warmth of the arrivals office. No matter what the weather someone should be available to direct and inform at the entrance gate. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

But delighted by our car ,being ready with the engine running and the lights on,after a long flight,with a 10.30pm arrival

Rapid check-in, courteous staff, prompt transfer to airport. Transfer bus ready and waiting on return and your vehicle in position ready for an immediate getaway. Superb service all round.

They picked us up on time with no waiting about in heavy snow fall and our car was ready and warmed up for us which was very welcome.

A good service overall with good transfers, no difficulty when we changed our return flight and the car was warm and ready for us to get in and go.

The efficiency of the staff made the very early morning booking in on Boxing Day morning easy and quick. We were met on our return as promised and taken to the car park to a warm car already running and ready to go. We will use this service again.

The car park was wasy to find, and the staff were pleasant and frindly. Transfers were quick and punctual. I felt it was very good value for money aswell

It would be hard to improve the speed and courtesy provided at Aberdeen both in going to the terminal and returning. Thank you very much.

Book on line and you will have no problems to worry you while on holiday. It is so Fast and simple to do and the drop off of you car at Dyce is so quick and easy you are off to the airport in no time . The pickup is easy also and your car is waiting for you on return.

Excellent all round servics, but cost could prove prohibitive for a four week stay. The latter part relates to a holiday coming up for the month of February, would like to use the Airpark again, but as indicated the price would be much too high, pity. Thanks again. Bob Edon

Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff and swift transfer to airport. Impressed by the punctual pick-up on our return and also that the car was ready for us - lights on & engine running - ready to drive home with no hassle. Will use Airpark again definitely.
