Rude, obnoxious, uninterested and frankly lacking in every conceivable area of what any business could clarify as "customer service" I am truly astounded that any client facing business in any sector can employ staff so bad and allow a culture as unwelcoming as that I have found here numerous times now. It was the source of debate in the bus on the way to the airport this morning having clearly been identified by other customers. Maybe because the staff think they are servicing mainly oil workers they can treat people like "we" are an unwelcome distraction from their otherwise fascinating existence. Were it now half the price of the main car park, I would never us the facility again. I cannot overstate how much needs to change in that office and among the attendants to reach a standard I would accept in my own business. I would go as far to say that I actually dread arriving there because the experience is so poor and the staff so adversarial. I hope whoever reads this has the moral courage to act but I suspect it will be a member of the same intellectually bereft staff and it will never see the light of day. Anyway, that's my opinion for what its worth.

I would definately use Aberdeen Airpark again and would recommend to family and friends

I was impressed with the level of service received and have nothing to complain about. I will recommend the car park to friend and relatives.

Aberdeen Airpark is only a few minutes away from the airport. My car took only moments to check in and I was away to the airport on a minibus with no waiting around. Dropped off outside the door. The driver collected me again from the airport door (they monitor the arrival time of your flight) and dropped me off next to my car which had been warmed up. Brilliant service.

Guy at reception sat eating a packet of crisps as he dealt with my booking....hardly the best greeting nor very professional. That apart all good.

No waiting at either end , arrived home to horrendous weather , dropped off next to car which was sitting with engine running and heater on.Couldnt ask for more except maybe a smile from the receptionist :-)

Booking and parking here is very easy. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing that could be better is the approach road which is quite pot-holed and dark.

Our only concern is regarding possibility of car theft. On arrival back at Aberdeen, my partner was allowed to board the transfer bus without showing his yellow parking receipt despite not being named on the drivers list of returning passengers. On exiting the bus at Airparks, (and without any more security checks), he was allowed to drive off in his car (which was unlocked and left with the engine running near the gate.

To come back to minus temperatures and have your car defrosted and ready to go was brilliant. Good pricing and a very good service. Would use them again without fail.

This was the first time that I had used the Airpark, I was so pleased with the experience, that my car went back in 2 days later for another 3 weeks, while offshore.

Very quick efficient friendly service. No waiting around. Van waiting to pick at airport to meet our return flight. Always the same whenever we use them.

The service runs as it says, the journey takes about 5 minutes and there is no hanging about. Our return to Aberdeen flight had a problem with the baggage and it took at further 50 minutes but the van driver was on the ball and knew about it and was still there to collect us. I would use this again.

Nothing further to add to my pithy summary! Be careful about the car park surface would be only piece of friendly advice ...

The bus was waiting for us and keys were handed straight over and the car was ready and waiting to be driven out.

On arrival (though signs could be more prominent - needed Google StreetView for advance recce) staff were very friendly, took care of us at early hour. Was a bit more chaotic on return, less obvious where to be collected (though clear enough) - but car was waiting and running on arrival, all pretty smooth.

Always find the car dirty both inside and outside,dust outside , and muddy carpets inside.

The service could not be faulted, it was excellent as usual. Considering we had an 11 hour delay on our flight and 5 other flights had touched down within 15 minutes. We probably only had a wait of a maximum of 10 minutes. Impressed with the service and all the staff are lovely and friendly.
