Easy access to the airport from this carpark. Very punctual service and helpful staff.
A job well done, it was good to have peace of mind knowing my car was secure and would be there when i returned.
We left the car for the attendant to park, got straight on the bus and were taken to the airport straight away. On return we used freephone number as soon as we picked up our luggage and the bus was waiting for us outside. When we arrived at Cosmo the car was waiting at the front of the building for us so we were able to leave straight away. Very efficient.

When we dropped my car and my dads car off early on the Monday morning it was chasos!!! We were away for a week. Cars were abandoned everywhere and even a guy who worked there commented to my dad that it was mad! When we arrived back my husband and I noticed immediately my car had been damaged slightly. I went in and spoke to the men behind the desk and they said I could fill in a complaints form. They weren't particularly nice abour it all! I had washed my car just before we left and knew that my car was not damaged! The guy behind the desk was able to look on the computer and point out to me that they had took photo of the damage and said that the photo was taken about 1/2 hr after I had left my car with them and that the damaage was on it! I said fair enough but My arguement then was something happened to my car between leaving it and the the photo been taken! They weren't very helpful at all and I said I would be phoning the manager the next day as I wasnt happy! I couldn't get him for a few days and when eventually got talking to him he hadn't a clue what I was talking about. he informed me the guys had binned my form saying I was happy enough!? I went through it all again with the manager who said he would check things out and contact me! I waited for a week and phoned back and the manager still hadn't done anything about it!! because he hadn't my details as they has been binned! PROFESSIONAL! NO WAY! I had to give my details again and he said would check cctv. he then told me he checked the cctv and my car had been parked very closely to other cars but he didn't see it being hit!It was my word against his! I didn't get anywhere but told him I would NOt be using them again or my family and would not be recommending them to anyone! LEAVE YOUR CAR AT COSMO PAY THEM £25.00 and GET YOUR CAR HIT!
I was disappointed in Cosmos in that on local radio it was indicated that they would not be charging any extra fees for people who were delayed due to the current flight problems but I was charged £6 extra.
always use cosmo parking as find them good value for money and they provide an excellent service

I have used Cosmo several times before - so the fact that I keep coming back to them says more than anything that I find their setup manageable, with friendly helpful staff, punctual pick up on my return being a must. If I had to comment on any preference, I would say that it would be good if the cars were under cover rather than sitting out, as my previously valeted car was dirty when I returned from my trip, otherwise i can happily recommend Cosmo to other potential clients.

We travelled over Christmas and used Cosmo yet again. We have always found the staff and service second to none and will continue to use Cosmo for the forseeable future.
very easy to get to, smooth check in and transfer to the airport. on return, just made a call and they were there immediately for pick up. would use again.
I have used Cosmo for quite a number of years now, I have always been pleased with the excellent service provided.
Arrived at Cosmos at 4.22am, checked in swapped cases from car to mini bus and was in airport terminal at 4.34am. If you can beat that let me know. On my return, I rang immediately after I got my bags and when I came outside the mini bus was waiting.
Straight forwardward leaving off your car then transfer to airport. A quick phone call before leaving the airport and then the bus in back to collect you. Excellent service
