Did not need the help of any staff because the equipment worked and recognised my car both going in and going out. Staff nor buses were not needed but were not evident. Yes I would use your service again as it is handy to book and pay for car parking when booking the flight. PETER WOODS
Arrival slightly confusing as I used the Long Stay just a few weeks previous and did not have to collect a ticket as camera recognised pre-booked registration number. This time however as I pulled up a ticket was automatically printed.Would suggest clear directions given on the booking site of what to do on arrival? 50% of the long stay carpark at Belfast International is heavy gravel -which is not wheelie suitcase friendly!. Overall though - staff were pleasant and I am happy enough to use again.

Due to the new layout and charges for dropping someone at the terminal this means when collecting car it means someone waiting with all the luggage for quite a while or a long trek to the carpark with the all the luggage. We were unable to find the times/stops for the bus to/from the terminal nor did we see any parking staff.
My return flight was delayed but everything was straight forward, drive up, get ticket and park. Will use again and would certainly recommend over the local parking as its next to the airport,cheap and easy to use!.
Travelling with 2 small children i found this service to be excellent. There was no wait at all for transfers either on arrival or departure. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Convenient and great value for money.
I love paying for my parking before I go cause when you get back to your car it is very quick and easy to get to your car & get home without having to worry about finding your ticket & paying with luggage & bags & kids everywhere :)
The car park was pretty full so we had to park a bit away but a coach just appeared at the right time to lift us to the terminal. We didn't have to wait when coming home either - Staff friendly and helpful when we had to figure out how to pay for an unexpected night. When we discovered a totally flat battery in our car, the bus driver could see there was something wrong and came back to see what the problem was. Help was no problem and the man with the jump leads must have been dispatched immediately. It was no problem to the satff who got us going within a minute. Very impressed. Thank you staff at Belfast Long stay!
For the price paid, parking was safe. Surface very uneven and spaces not marked. That said it was handy to the airport and bus driver very friendly and helpful.
Due to the ongoing changes to the parking areas, it is difficult to find the long stay park. Signage is not as clear as it could be.No transfer vehicles to be seen, either outgoing or on our return. The advantage was the keen online price
Reasonable close to the airport terminal and within walking distance, since we aere able to find a parking spot just inside the car park barrier. The weather was dry both arriving and departing so warlking to the terminal was not a problem.
I was refused access to the long stay car park and diverted to a "field" across the main road from the airport. As i am disabled and holder of a blue badge this meant that i was unable to make use of a disabled parking space and had an very uncomfortable walk to the coach.I mentioned this to an attendant and was advised to park as close as i could,not possible.On exiting the car park when i inserted my ticket i was asked to pay £60.00. What happened number plate recognition for which i paid in advance? I will think hard before using this car park again.
The long stay car park was full on arrival. I was re-directed to a car park across the road from the airport. The transfer from the car park to the airport was fine, however on returning from my trip there was no coach to take me back to my car. I walked from the airport to the car park and the coach was waiting parked up there with no driver visable.
Booking through gosimply saved me about half the usual charge. My parking space was so convenient that I didn't need a bus transfer. Signs that help you remember where you've parked were poor - it was OK for me as I was only away two nights but it mightn't have been so easy remembering if I'd been away a fortnight!
good value if you book online save quite a bit of money. Carpark was jammed with quite a few cars abandoned. Ground surface in very very poor condition. No bus for ages so walked to terminal - probably quicker to walk anyway as close enough. I would not want to pay the full rate as def not worth it.
great car park cheep and easy to use right next to airport main terminal building
We arrived at 4am in the Morning in the rain, the car park is only a 2minute walk from the airport where you check in this was so handy when you have 2 babies with you and it means if you need to go back to the car for anything there is no problems. We booked online also so it ment no messing about with payments etc and driving up to the barrier on arrival and departure make for an easier holiday.
Have used the long stay before but this time I booked on line in advance. The whole experience was excellent. I got immediate confirmation by email and clear instructions how to proceed on the day of departure. I liked having the opportunity to 'choose' my own parking space and went on vacation happy in the knowledge that the car was safe. On return it was just a matter of checking out at the gate and we were on our way home. I will definately use this service again.
The system is very efficient at the car park. I would definately use again.
