My car was parked in what can only be described as waste ground. Our flight was late, and we were tired, so I didn't check the car out before leaving the car park. Upon exiting or while it was parked I managed to run over a nail. A slow puncture developed which I hadn't realised until I got home. A brand new tyre had to be scrapped costing me £109.00 to get a new one - my car was just over a month old.... Next time I'll stick to what I know, even if it does cost me a few extra pounds and park in a reliable car park!

Red Cent was easy to find I was transfered to the airport very promptly, when I got back to the airport one phone call to Red Cent and the coach was on it's way, after a short wait I was picked up and brought back for my car, I found the whole experience very easy and would use again.

Good value but a bit chaotic when leaving my car in early morning a a long wait for the bus. I felt there were not enough staff on duty at that time. Thankfully I had left plenty of time for my journey.

we had a good experience with red cent parking thought because it was so cheap it was going to be miles away but the journey was very short but on return it would help if they had your car brought forward cos it was freezing and we had to look for it but would definetly use them again.

A little bit further from the airport than other parks but this really made very little difference since the transfer service worked fine in both directions. Good value for money.

Transfer bus took us to airport immediately with no wait and a bus was waiting for us on our return The cost was much better value than the other airport carparks

Red Cent offers a great service, the car park is easy to find. The staff are friendly and efficient and on arrival at the car park and returning at the airport we didn't have to wait at all as the pick-ups were done immediately. Great service which I would definitely recommend and I will be using Red Cent in the future. Thank you.

Only one small mininbus operating at peak holiday time in August. waitied with a crowd while minibus did 2 journeys back and forth before collecting us on the third. Altogether a 50 minute wait,which is totally unacceptable.

I have now used Red Cent on several occasions and found them to provide an excllent service which was great value for money. I would recommend parking at Red Cent to anhone who appreciates a good service at a very reasonable price.

The Staff were very helpfull, my car had a dodgy battery, and I told them it might give them bother when they went to start it. When I returned from my trip, my car was sitting there running, so that it wouldn't let me down. So thank you once again,and I will definately be back.

As it is a little further from the airport as some other parks you need to leave some additional time before check-in, but this is out weighed by the much cheaper cost of parking.

I had left it too late to book with my usual copmany, Cosmos, and was-directed to the Red Cent site. I found staff very helpful and directions to the site very clear.Transfers were prompt and possibly pick up quicker than I expected from an off site park. I will use them again!

This is great value for money - less than half price compared to the parking directly at the airport. The transfer was very quick and the staff very friendly.

Will definitely use Red Cent parking again. Reasonable price for parking. Staff polite and courteous.

I have used this service on about 4 occasions now and each time almost expect standards to drop - as this has been previous experiences from other services! They never have and I have recommended them to friends and they have had similar positive experiences. User friendly on-line service with no hassle from booking to return to vehicle - and excellent value!

I have used Red Cent car parking several times and have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Booking your car in is so simple and waiting time after your trip is never long. If you want low cost frill free airport parking this is the one for you

both on departure and arrival there was a bus there waiting to us to our destination. No waiting times and very friendly efficient staff.

OK Only one point - the transfer coach from Red Cent goes into the Short Stay Car Park - presumably for easier pick up of awaiting passengers - Maybe it could go direct to the drop-off point so that you are already delivered to the Airport Entrance. it could then go around the Airport and back into the Short Stay. Unless perhaps the Airport do not allow a drop off at the Main Entrance.

This was the first time I had used Red Cent and I will definitely use them again. Everything went very smoothly.

I've used Red Cent Parking at Belfast International on two occasions recently. Charges were well below what the multi nationals (and local companies) were asking and service was quick and efficient. Would have no hesitation in using them again. The surface of the car park was not great, but adequate, better this than higher charges for a surfaced car park. Beware the ramp as you approach the reception area its kind of high
