Cardiff Airparks Meet and Greet Parking

Your scheduled meeting time is the time stated on your confirmation. When you are within 20 minutes of Cardiff airport, simply confirm your arrival by phoning Airparks on the number provided in the confirmation. Your chauffeur will then set off to meet you at the terminal.

Please note: the driver is required to complete a vehicle inspection report to identify any existing damage or marks on your vehicle. Should you not leave adequate time to complete this process, Airparks cannot be held responsible for any claims in respect of damage to your vehicle that has not been recorded within the report.

Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call Airparks on the number provided in your confirmation email. An Airparks driver will be sent with your car to meet you at the designated meeting place.

Cardiff Airparks Meet and Greet offers the following security features whilst your vehicle is stored.

restrictions

No motor homes, minibuses, lorries, caravans, trailers or other high sided vehicles are permitted even if multiple space are booked. PLEASE NOTE: Airparks cannot accept any vehicle with a taxi licence plate, as these can only be driven by the licence holder.

During the peak periods from May through to October, your vehicle may be moved to another secured site nearby, which is also owned and operated by Airparks.
