Departure Procedure

Before leaving the terminal, present the entry ticket and your confirmation or booking reference to the NCP desk in the arrivals hall. DO NOT insert your credit card at the exit barrier or you may be charged again.

Directions to NCP Short Stay Parking

We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.

Leave the M4 at Junction 29, then join the A48(M) (signposted Cardiff Airport).
Follow signs for the airport, then at the roundabout on Port Road West (A4226) take the first exit onto Port Road (signposted Cardiff Airport).
At the roundabout, take the third exit (signposted Terminal, Business Park).
At the roundabout, take the first exit (signposted Short Stay).
Stay in the right-hand lane to enter the Short Stay car park, or use the left-hand lane to drop off passengers outside the terminal.
