On arrival, take a ticket from the entry barrier and park your car, making a note of the zone and bay. Please keep your ticket, along with a printed copy of your booking confirmation, safe, as you will need them upon your return.

We've use the car park already several times and know our way around. It is nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate. The staff can be a bit grumpy, but we never had any problems. It may just contrast with the rest of the staff at Cardiff airport, which seem to be more alert and helpful. Generally good value for money and we'll use it again.

I would recommend this car park. It is a short walk to the terminal. Very convenient and easy to use.

The transfer coach picked me up as soon as I parked the car but I had to walk back on my return journey. The booking process was easy and efficient but appeared on my credit card statement as "Travel Essentials" instead of "Airport Parking" which confused me at first when checking my statement. I will use this car park again for sure.

i was caught in scotland from mon to fri with snow. and was not charged any extra for the 4 day over stay. exelent service and comunication. many thanks would'nt use any other car parkin provider.

The car park is right next to the airport terminal, and even though we were at the far end in the overspill car park, it was still only a short walk to the departures building. The service when we returned was quick and efficient.

the road lay-out is bad. especially if people make a mistake and enter via the wrong enterance road forcing you through the short stay and out again this then encounters you to have to change or loose the ticket. the road enterance and sign-posting needs looking at with urgency.
