I can park at Stanstead or Luton and fly Easy jet to Geneva return for less than the parking at London City. If someone else isn't paying, go another route.

excellent facility. Walk to terminal short, easy & level (essential if you are dragging cases)and undercover. Car park was well signposted and easy to find. Would choose from city airport every time simply because of ease of parking.Excellent value.

Reasonable price, parking spaces available without having to search, a short covered walk to the airport terminal. Far better than LHR and LGW (especially the South Terminal at LGW).

london city airport parking is very easy to find because its very well indicated, all you have to do is follow the signs to car park.

The address/postcode is incorrect so it does not locate the car park on Google maps. The parking is automatic so staff irrelevant. There was no one at the desk when I returned. I did not use coaches or transfer so that is not relevant. The cost is absolutely outrageous - nearly as much as the flight and 10 times what I can do at London Luton which is closer. Why would I come back?

Easy to find, walk to terminal. On way back you just go to the ifnroamtion desk with your ticket, then walk to car and you are on your way!

Mr Clark 28 August, 2008

The parking is easy to use and up to a 5 minute walk away from the terminal. The only problem is a lack of trolleys outside the terminal in the car-park area. My advice is, if you are travelling with someone else, drop your bags as near to the terminal entrance as possible and then go and find a space to park your car. Also, don't forget to get your ticket validated at the information desk before you go back to your car.

Parking could not be easier at an airport, covered walkway straight to terminal, no dirty transfer buses to shake the life out of you before and after your flight. Just remember to get your barrier exit ticket from the information desk on your return. Would definitely use again.

Mr Smith 15 July, 2008

The facility offered a very relaxed start and end to our recent holiday. Whilst we thought the rates were a little excessive, we opted to use the facility because it is so easy. Pleased to find that an overnight delay in Switzerland due to aircrew sickness did not involve us in any extra cost.

The best feature of parking at London City is its simplicity and straightforwardness. This however requires only a brief comment here!

As first time used was a little confused as to where to park but yes its the only car park so can't go wrong! Very convenient and easy access from M25 would use again.

The directions and instructions were unclear. I was unclear if I had parked in the correct area (I had). The information staff within the terminal were helpful.

Easy to find. Fair walk to the terminal. Not very easy for a disabled person. Parking is very expensive generally and adds considerably to the cost of the travel

Generally very good experience. Booking in advance offers quite a saving over turn up on the day rates for parking. On return to the airport, remember you need to go to the Customer Services Desk on the right hand side of the exit from the terminal to obtain an exit token.

Easy entry, no handing in keys or waiting for transfer buses, just keep your ticket. Departure is simple, go to the info desk they look up your name and swap your ticket for a new one.

Mr Griffiths 15 November, 2007

I have always found City Airport to be not only the most convenient and well run airport in England, but the car parking is extremely convenient. In fact too many people now know one of Europe's best kept secrets for travelers and the only problem is that now free parking spaces, after midday are increasingly at the very far end of the "lot". But, this is a small price to pay for an airport that almost makes it relaxing to fly again.

Mr Lickman 07 November, 2007

A very convenient place to park. The car park staff are very helpful. When I needed a jump start they provided it free of charge within 5 minutes. Very expensive for longer stays. Also, police patrols are too infrequent. I have had a car vandalised here before!

It was great not to have to pick up coaches to the terminal and when arriving, late and tired, being out of the airport, into the car and on the way home within minutes. Great experience, definitely value for money and wish we could fly from London City Airport all the time.

Mrs Overton 20 September, 2007

Parking seemeed secure but there were no members of staff onsite to make sure that you were in the right place. This was a first experience at City Airport but would definitely use the facilities again. Did not see any transfer transport and it was quite a walk from where I was.
