East Midlands Airport has announced they will be temporarily closing their Long Stay Car Park 7 for necessary maintenance work.

This will affect customers who are due to arrive between the 1st of November 2009 and the 25th of March 2010, but no one will be left out in the cold if they’ve pre-booked.  All affected customers will be receiving an email advising of alternate arrangements, which may even include an upgrade to Long Stay Car Park 6!

In addition to their Luton and Manchester Airport locations, Airparks also provide parking at Gatwick, Birmingham Airport parking and parking at East Midlands airport.

We are now offering a new Long Stay Parking location at East Midlands Airport. Long stay car park 6 is located near the previously available Long stay car park 7, just over a mile from the terminal building. Benefits include:-

• Courtesy transfers take around 5 minutes
• Excellent security features like entry and exit barriers
• Regular security patrols
• Perimeter fencing and CCTV coverage

Car Park 7 will not be available for bookings at the present time due to essential maintenance, making the new Car Park 6 the perfect alternate choice.
