Hotel itself is Ok ( a bit run down) but hopelessly managed from check in by a surly receptionist to a complete shambles at breakfast. Here a request for some bread to accompany the cheese/salami continental "selection" was met with blank looks & 4 requests had to be made for some toast while 1 waiter took a rack of toast on a regular walk around the restaurant & back to the kitchen for no apparent reason! Didnt chance the leisure facilties or restaurant for an evening meal : safer to go out!

I couldn't fault this hotel, my family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff we're very friendly and helpful. The rooms we're extremely clean and comfortable, plus there was plenty of space to move around. Great place to stay.

I was really rather dubious at booking a quad room for £55 but I must say we were all very pleasantly surprised. The beds were comfortable and the room was large enough to accommodate them all. The bathroom was clean, shower was good, plenty of towels. I would certainly stay again if I needed a bed near the airport/NEC

I didn't expect to have to get a taxi back from the airport, was given a card saying the taxi fare was £10 to be told that the fare had gone up and had to pay £11.50. Wanted to book an extra night on way back to find that I would have to pay the same amount again. would not use this hotel again. Also had to negotiate some stairs to get to my room, difficult with suitcase

Hotel great, clean. The Corus provide a taxi number for you to call when you return which you have to call when you have collected your suitcases, and they said it would be discounted at they always use them - cost £10.00. Which we did they took about 10/15 minutes to get there, and we were freezing. When we arrived back at the Corus we were charged £17.50 for the taxi as we had three children and two adults, taxi driver said it was only £10.00 if there was a party of 4.

Easy to find, although map on booking could be more detailed i.e roundabouts listed. Transfer was great and the driver even set off to collect us on our return before we had called them, so we didn't have to wait around in the rain! Hotel basic motel type-clean and everything you need. Didn't use the leisure area so can't comment. Would definitely use again!

Extemely efficient 'drop off' and 'pick up' service both to and from the airport. The fact we were able to leave the car at the hotel instead of another site helped too.

For an early morning flight it was ideal to have a hotel that transfered you so that we were able to get more sleep! Also the cost was not much more than parking alone at the airport, so it was excellent value for money. Although we didn't use the hotel facilities, they looked exceptional.
