Great value for money - room and parking. Altogether experience was easy and very convenient. Grossed areas could do to be gravelled or weedkilled for vehicles and ease of pedestrian access.

Check in and room was fine. Booked a transfer to the airport for the morning but taxi was 20 mins late. Clean and tidy hotel with helpful staff.

We used the hotel using the park and stay package when we went abroad this year. The whole experience was excellent. if i were to make any comment (not really negative) it is that when we returned from our holiday we were given a 'what to do' sheet. it said to phone a number upon return. we phoned the number 6 times and the call wasnt answered. we decided to go outside and try and work out what to do next when we were met by a driver from The Hilton who was very apologetic about the missunderstanding. He was an absolute delight. Would def use this service again :)

When we arrived at the check in the girl there was brilliant - we were a little stressed after the journey and her warm welcome really put us at ease. After we had taken our luggage to our room we had a coffee in the bar - again the service was first rate and the drink was delicious. Our pick up driver was due to collect us at 6am - sure enough he was right on time and our journey to the airport only took a few minutes. The next time we fly from East Midlands Airport we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Hotel and service was first class. Courtesy bus to and from the airport was punctual and well organised. Would thoroughly recommend stay in the Hilton on the night before a flight as an ideal start to a holiday.

We were allocated the Hilton Hotel as the Mystery Hotel selection for our overnight stay with car parking prior to an early flight. This is an excellent location only 3-4 minutes drive from East Midlands airport. Enjoyed light, but pricy (which we expected) supper. Very clean comfortable room and bed. Clean bathroom with great shower and toiletries. No breakfast as left for early flight. Transfers to airport and back were excellently handled. We would have no hesitation staying there again.

Apart from excellent value, the whole experience was first class from reception to bar/dining and transfer. A service that has consistently maintained high standards. Would not consider any other airport hotel. (Pity that some guests do not appreciate the comfort of others but, then again, you cannot always educate Pork!)

Would highly recommend the package for overnight stop and car parking and transfer/pickup service. Excellent staff,each one helpful, pleaant. Excellent service and value for money.
